Take a deep breath in and breathe out take another deep breath in and breathe out and just focus on your breath breathing in and breathing out really just releasing letting go of everything that no longer serves you this is your time to connect within so just focus on your breath breathing in and breathing out breathing in in and breathing out releasing letting go allowing your focus to be on your breath feeling the cool air between your nose and breathe out the warm air from your mouth breathing in the cool air and breathing out everything that causes distraction negative energy just let it all go allow the breath to work with you as you focus on it inhaling and exhaling just feel that connection to the breath releasing letting go becoming one with the breath allowing the breath to relax you and bring about peace and calm if you've had any tension any business during the week just let it all go on the exhale this is the time for deep connection within releasing and connecting to your true source a powerful source within you as you continue focusing on your breath feel the tension release from your scalp from your eyes feel the tension release from your neck and shoulders feel the tension release down your arms and out through the fingertips feel the tension release from your chest and your abdominals feel the tension release from your pelvic area down to your thighs feel the tension release from your knees down to your ankles and feel the tension release down to the soles of your feet release calm and peace total relaxation from head to toe giving yourself permission always to let go during your meditation now allow your breath to go at its own rhythm just continue connecting to your breath whenever you feel distracted always come back to your breath to your breath and just observe the natural rhythm breathing in and out just feel that relaxation connect to it no expectations no responsibilities just feeling that oneness and that calmness and right now i want you to take your focus to your upper abdominals the area above your navel where your power chakra lies you may want to place your hands there just to feel that extra connection but i want you to imagine a light from this area this can be a warm yellow light or whatever color lights suits you but just feel that connection to this light this area of power this area of confidence this area of manifesting just feel that connection to it breathe into that area and exhale if you've gone through some difficulties or just trying to readjust to getting things back to normal stresses anything that's wobbled you made you feel uncertain made you feel unsure this is a time to release it this is the time to release it to your power chakra and let your power chakra cleanse it away and replace it all with confidence confidence in who you are tapping in to that unlimited power within where struggles are you can overcome when difficulties arise you can overcome just through connection to your power chakra to this area see this light shining bright as it gets brighter the more you connect with it you may see it expand expand across your body and fill up your body with the power the confidence that it brings or you may just see the light getting brighter and if you've placed your hand on this area imagine that light shining brightly between your fingers and just feel that connection to that confidence to that power this is your inner light your personal power as i go quiet i just want you to connect to it and feel the unlimited energy from it give yourself permission to connect to it right now now just connect to that feeling of being empowered what does that feel like to you what does it feel like to have unlimited confidence what does it feel like to have that ability to manifest unlimited connect to that feeling let it take over you what does it feel like to you just feel that connection to it embrace it that confidence comes from within the ability to manifest happiness and fulfillment comes from within the power to overcome hurdles comes from within really allow yourself to connect to the confidence and the power that you have feel that connection body mind and spirit feel every part of you with confidence and power let it wash all over you embrace the feeling connect to the power chakra feel the energy that it gives you the unlimited power that it gives you even through the difficult moments it's always there ready to give you the confidence and the power to keep moving forward and to get over the hurdles so embrace that feeling of connection to it now quietly to yourself repeat the following two affirmations i am confident i am powerful i am confident i am powerful i am confident i am and powerful just continue repeating these affirmations to yourself these are declarations that you're making to yourself reminding yourself of how powerful and confident you really are keep repeating it over and over and feel that connection to those words i am confident i am powerful i am confident i am powerful allow the energy to fill you up with that confidence that power that all-knowing and believing in yourself i am confident i am powerful i am confident i am powerful now as you stop repeating those affirmations just feel how you feel just be present where you are feeling the silence within the confidence within the unlimited power within within just notice how that feels become one with it now i want you to take your focus back to the light your upper abdominals and just feeling that connection one more time to your power chakra the place of confidence the place of power right now as you've connected to it you've also helped balance it so that it is always there to help you through any difficulties or wobbles you may face know that that confidence is within you now i want you to take your awareness back to your breath breathing in slowly and breathing out in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly wiggling your fingers and toes as you continue to inhale and exhale and if you feel that you want to stretch out your arms please do so and take one more deep breath in and out and when you're ready you can slowly open your eyes
