Tension may be carried in the scalp,

I want you to breathe into that area and breathe out.
Breathing in and breathing out and just focus on the breath,
Releasing and getting to that place of calm and peace.
Releasing all responsibilities,
All doubts,
Just let them go and to focus on this time,
Your time.

This area is where the power shock grows and this area is the area of confidence,

I want you to imagine a bright yellow light shining in this area or whatever light feels comfortable to you.
Just imagine this light expanding around this area,
Back to front.
This powerful area of confidence and I want you to breathe into this area and breathe out.
You may want to place your hand on this area and feel that connection as you breathe into the abdominals and out.
Feeling that connection,

Just feel that connection to this powerful area and imagine the bright light shining through with each breath that you take.
This light is getting stronger and stronger.
Connect to the energy of the light,
The gift that it brings of confidence and power and strength.

Expanding down towards your lower abs,
Your pelvic area down to your thighs,

Your ankles and out through the soles of your feet.
The light shining bright,
Bottom half of your body and imagine this light coming upwards towards your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Up to your jawline,
Your eyes,
Your scalp and above the crown of your head,
Allowing this energy to not just be at the centre but to expand up,
Above and down below the soles of your feet.
Also,
See the light expand down your arms,
Down to your wrists and out through your fingers and just see the light across your whole body,
The light of energy,
The light of confidence,

Let it radiate out and feel that connection to it.
