Good morning,
This is the meditation 5 minutes of self-love.
I'm Clara Julli and I'll be facilitating the meditations with you.
Let's start today's meditation sitting or lying down,
The way that's more comfortable for you,
So that your spine is straight and aligned,
Eyes closed.
Now we do some deep breathings,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
And now back to a natural breathing,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose in the rhythm that's natural for your body.
Observe your breath,
Observe the movement of your body as you breathe in and out.
The key word is observation,
Full attention here and now.
If for some reason you notice that your mind has become distracted,
Good,
It means that you are actually paying attention.
Just return your attention to your breathing,
Do this as many times as necessary.
Turn your attention back to your breathing.
One might say that meditating is the return in which we bring attention back to our breathing.
And taking a deep breath,
Slowly move your feet and hands.
We are thankful for this moment of self-care.
When you feel the time is right,
Open your eyes and good morning.
