Are you feeling intense emotions? Are they attached to thoughts of unworthiness, loneliness, loss or something else? It's hard to feel this. But you can endure it, if only you'll get out of your head. You don't need to analyse or fix anything. Simply be in your body, and let the tenderness of your pain be fully expressed. So if you are in a difficult moment right now,

Maybe feeling sad,

Alone,

Bad about yourself in some way,

I'd like to invite you to take a pause,

Take a moment for yourself.

Place a hand on your heart,

One or two hands,

And simply breathe into your heart.

And if your heart feels tender right now,

Just feel it,

Feel into it.

This is a sign that you're human,

So stay with the feeling.

And if you can let any thoughts,

Any stories just fade into the background as you continue to feel into your pain.

Contrary to what the mind would have us believe,

Would have you believe,

There is nothing that you need to fix in this moment.

Don't just be here.

And if it helps,

You can label what you're experiencing,

Like I feel alone,

I feel guilty,

Or this hurts.

Keep breathing into your heart,

Knowing that a tender heart is the sign of aliveness,

That it is okay to feel exactly what you feel right now.

It's okay to feel this,

It's okay to feel this,

We all feel this pain.

Okay,

So take as long as you need after this recording is finished to just sit with that tender heart,

With kindness,

Compassion,

Patience,

And trust.
