Welcome to this space of grace and space.
I invite you to take a moment to acknowledge taking this time for you.
Breathing in.
And as you breathe out,
Allow your body to relax.
And your whole being to settle into this space.
That you have carved out.
To slow down and to pause.
To replenish yourself.
And beginning with grace.
Laying your hand on your heart.
Or just in front if you want to feel the warmth from your hand.
Whilst giving it space.
Be led by your heart space.
And meeting yourself where you're at with your energy.
If you're in more buzzing energy and vibrance.
Then meet yourself in that.
And if you're in a lower energy,
A slower energy,
Then meet yourself there.
And inviting that grace.
For wherever you are at.
Breathing away frustrations if you wish you were in a different energy.
Because we can only live and work from where we find ourselves at.
And as this is a replenishing space,
I invite you to think about.
How you can approach the rest of your day.
From a restorative mindset.
So that whatever doing actions you get involved in,
That you're able to come to those things and through those things with a restorative approach.
So out of this pause,
It might mean thinking about.
Rest of the things on your to-do list.
All the things you need to do,
Want to do.
Feel you should do.
What are the actual priorities?
And with whatever your energy is,
What is manageable.
And a healthy approach.
I find often If I'm in a low energy space,
I end up trying to do lots of bits and not doing them well.
I have a risk of that if I don't pause,
Think about how I want to use my energy well.
But similarly,
Sometimes with a vibrant energy,
We can get excited about all the different things.
And again,
Not.
Hone our energies into doing one thing really well and using that vitality.
So this is about coming from that energy and creating a space where you can work with that energy and being conscious choice about where you're putting that energy.
So how could you approach the next bit of your day?
Without draining unnecessary energy.
If you consider each next step,
Next task,
Next conversation with an inquiry around what's important about this thing.
What does it need of you?
Where do you want to get to with it?
And simplify it as much as possible.
And then place a boundary around it so you stay present with that thing.
Until you have got to the place that is manageable or that you need to.
Or that makes sense.
How could that serve you?
At simplifying and boundarying that space.
On perhaps you need to think about the rest of the day more broadly.
Thinking about.
What is most important.
In the rest of your day.
What is needed of you.
What are you able to give?
And where would you like to get to?
While showing grace towards yourself and towards your contribution in the balance you can give today.
Where would you like to get to?
So that you can switch off from those things.
And close your day well.
So from that broader inquiry,
I invite you to come back.
To anchoring in the now at this point you're at.
Planting your feet.
And if you're sitting,
Planting your hips.
Anchoring yourself.
So that you're rooted.
In your agency,
In yourself.
And so that those roots uphold the rest of you.
Taking a breath in for vitality and breathing out for replenishment and balance.
Again,
Breathing in for nourishment and vitality.
And breathing out for a renewal and balance.
Pausing in this moment.
Stillness and nourishment being so important.
So that you can keep going,
So that you sustain.
