Arthur’s path began in childhood when he first discovered the Tao Te Ching on his father’s bookshelf. Since then, he has spent over two decades exploring the Zen, Vipassana, and Tibetan traditions, alongside Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, eventually finding a home in Theravadan Buddhism. As a Registered Social Worker and former hospice volunteer, Arthur weaves clinical insight with a poet’s heart to create guidance for this vast human experience.
