Lauren Gabrielle Foster is a writer, spiritual guide, and the creator of Daily Body Magic — a gentle moving meditation practice that brings the body, breath, heart, and spirit back into harmony. After stepping away from mainstream life in 2013, Lauren spent a decade living quietly on a mountain in East Tennessee, exploring what it means to return to a natural state of health, freedom, and connection with the Earth. In 2023 she gave up most of her material possessions and began a wandering life, traveling the world and gathering wisdom from sacred places, ancient cultures, and everyday human encounters. Her work blends meditation, mindful movement, nature-based spirituality, and practical tools for living with greater presence, sovereignty, and joy. Lauren is the author of Happy and Free on Purpose: Daily Practices to Live and Love Your Life and the founder of the Magic Makers community. She currently shares meditations, reflections, and the evolving Daily Body Magic practice while traveling the world.
