The journey takes you down a beautiful woodland path into a dark, serene cave, representing the womb of Mother Earth, where you embrace a sense of perfect stillness and rebirth. You will bask in this place of perfect silence, darkness and emptiness and be reborn in the light. Emerge from the womb with exactly what you want to take with you into the next phase of your life. Love, health, harmony, peace, and confidence. Feel a renewed sense of purpose, gratitude, and a commitment to being connected to All That Is, and to your own sovereignty. Know that this safe, dark place of new beginnings is always within you, within your heart, and you can retreat here for comfort and rebirth any time you choose. Your relationship with Spirit,

Your relationship with your Highest Self,

Is just like any other relationship.

And it,

In order to thrive,

It needs your attention,

It needs your devotion,

It needs your love and honor and respect.

And spending time daily in meditation,

In communion with Spirit,

Is a crucial element of that.

And if you feel good in your body,

If you honor your own body first,

Then it's much easier to come back to this practice day after day after day.

Know your body,

Know the limitations of your body,

Know what feels good to you,

What positions your body likes to be in,

And that is the final authority.

Never my suggestions,

Always honor your body first.

Now having said that,

If it feels good to you to be in a straight line between your sit bones and the crown of your head,

This is a beautiful representation,

Symbolism of the conduit that you are,

The conduit that your body is,

Between the divine and Mother Earth,

This earthly plane that we live on.

And that this is your work in the world,

Is being the channeler of divine love,

And absorbing that into your soft,

Tender heart,

And magnifying and amplifying it,

And sending it back out into the world.

And it's also our duty here as people of Spirit to honor our Mother,

To honor our Earth.

And that message has come home to me so strongly here in Ireland,

Where this land is so very magical,

And yet is so under attack,

As many places in the world are,

With deforestation,

And pollution,

And all of the ways that we are cruel and harmful to our Mother.

And there is a lesson for each of us to begin this very moment to examine our relationship with Earth,

And see how much we are giving,

Or if we are only taking from Her.

So you are a conduit between the divine and Mother Earth,

And your central channel runs right through your body.

This is the control center for every cell in your body,

For your energy field,

For all that is happening in this physical experience.

And when you are a straight line,

You can imagine this being a beautiful flow,

A beautiful,

Even,

And smooth flow.

You can even witness this beautiful column of light flowing in the center of your body,

And notice where it's staticky,

Notice where it's glitchy,

Notice where it's running into bumps of stress and resistance.

And literally,

With your mind,

And with your love,

And with your attention,

Intentionally smooth out this energy field so that when it begins to nourish the rest of your body,

It's from a smooth flowing,

A strong flowing,

And not a sticky or static place.

All right,

We always begin with three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in together.

And with each breath,

You are doing a lot of work,

Bringing yourself fully,

Fully present with each inhale,

Breathing into every cell of your body.

And with each exhale,

Letting go of everything that doesn't serve,

Letting go of tension,

Letting go of everything that's not of this moment.

There's no past,

There's no future,

There's only this powerful moment in which you are creating everything that will come next.

Right.

First breath in,

And release.

Next breath in,

And release.

Magical third breath in,

And release.

Now just relax into a comfortable and natural but conscious rate of breathing.

Let yourself think only of the journey that we're about to embark on.

Celebrate each breath,

The magical combination of elements your body knows exactly what to do with.

Breathe into the fire in your belly.

Imagine for a moment the warmth of the sun on your face in the longest day.

Celebrate the element of fire represented by the sun.

Celebrate the element of water flows through your body that makes up most of your body,

Makes up most of the planet.

Absolutely essential to life,

Magical element of water.

Feel yourself bathed in the golden light of spirit.

And then finally,

Send gratitude into the earth.

Feel how supported you are,

Feel how loved and held you are.

Take a moment to say thank you,

To send your love,

Your gratitude,

Your honor and respect to your mother,

Beautiful earth from which we all came.

I'd like to take us on a journey today into the abyss,

Into the void,

Into the womb of mother earth.

Now stand up from where you're seated and walk to your door.

This can be an imaginary door,

A real door.

When you're ready,

You see a beautiful earthen path.

You can tell just by looking that the soil is rich and dark,

Damp and cool underneath your feet.

As you begin to take one step after another,

Very deliberately and very slowly,

You begin to feel the earth's warmth.

One step after another,

Very deliberately and very reverently.

Beside this path is beautiful green grass and trees,

Flowers of all kinds,

The beautiful woodland scene,

The perfect,

Soft,

Lovely path for your bare feet.

As you make your way on this path through the trees,

The trees begin to join together overhead,

Forming a rich,

Dark canopy,

Casting dappled sunlight across your face,

Across your feet,

Across the path in front of you.

As you're walking,

The forest becomes more and more dense,

And the light becomes less and less.

And as you're walking,

It becomes darker and darker and cooler and cooler.

This is a cold that feels like home.

This is a cold that feels like home.

It doesn't feel uncomfortable or dangerous.

It just feels safe and dark.

As you're walking down this path,

Just ahead of the distance,

You see the opening to a cave.

As you approach,

You see that the opening of this cave is decorated in wild beauty,

Ivy,

Different plants and flowers and moss and ferns and a brilliant cacophony of greenery,

As if Mother Nature has bestowed this beautiful offering on the opening of this cave.

And as you approach,

You see that this cave is inside a mound,

An earthen mound,

And that this is the representation of the womb of Mother Earth.

This is a place where we can go to be with the darkest parts of ourselves,

To be with the eminence of Mother Earth.

Emptiness of darkness,

To be in the void of the womb from which all things are born.

So therefore,

All things are possible.

As you make your way into the mouth of this cave,

You find that you can move forward easily,

Even though in front of you is total darkness.

Even though there is no light ahead,

That as you move forward,

The light behind you fades away.

You are completely safe.

And even though you can't see,

You still know.

You can still feel the soft earth beneath your feet,

And all other sensations fading away behind you.

As you leave the mouth of the cave behind,

You leave behind all sound.

Now just imagine the absolute perfect silence and stillness of the womb.

All light has disappeared.

There's nothing that you can see.

Total darkness,

Total silence.

The only sensations,

The air on your skin and the earth on your feet.

You make your way to the very center of this room.

You know where it is,

You know with your heart,

You know with your soul exactly where the center of the room is.

Make your way there and have a seat,

Resting upon the earth.

And now the temperature of the air is exactly the temperature of your skin.

But there's nothing that you can feel.

The earth beneath you becomes a part of who you are.

There's nothing to feel beneath you.

There's nothing here for any of your senses,

Nothing to smell or hear or taste or see or feel.

You're in a place of perfect nothingness.

You're in a place of perfect nothingness.

Rest for a moment in this feeling of needing nothing,

Knowing nothing,

Experiencing nothing.

I'm a perfect blank canvas.

And when you feel fully immersed in this sensation of no sensation,

Imagine that you are going even further within,

That there's a room inside you that is your heart,

That you can bring all of yourself into this small room.

You can curl up there and celebrate this beautiful space that's the duplicate of the womb.

You know that this space is always here for you,

That in any moment you can take the time to retreat to this beautiful birthing place within you.

Begin anew,

Anytime you choose,

To shed all of the worries of the world,

Find a place of rebirth and new beginnings,

This power that you carry within you at every moment.

This power that you carry within you at every moment.

Now that you are beginning the very first moments of the next part of your life,

Take a moment to imagine how you would love this life to be.

Give yourself a moment to feel the feelings of everything that is desirable for you.

What does it feel like to know your purpose,

To greet each day with joy and positivity and expectation and love for everything that you are planning to do with yourself,

With your time,

With your resources,

With your people?

What does that feeling of purpose and strength and resilience feel like?

What does it feel like to be in love,

Be in love with every single person in your life,

Every single animal,

Every single thing,

Every plant,

Every stick,

Every stone?

How does it feel to love so deeply and to receive that same deep love in return?

Let that be a part of the new possibility that you create for this life.

What is it like to feel vibrant and healthy and strong and agile and light in your body?

Be able to give and receive pleasure to celebrate the wonder and miracle that is your human body.

To be so deeply in love with every cell.

You have long conversations.

You have a beautiful give and take of service.

What does it feel like to be free,

To be sovereign,

Choosing in every moment how you will live your life under the authority of no one,

Under the command and control of no one,

Completely the master of yourself,

Captain of your ship,

The designer of your destiny?

Any other aspects of your life that you want to take the time to bring in and relish and celebrate?

Just a moment to do that.

Okay,

When you're ready,

Rise to your feet and stand for just a moment in thanks and gratitude to this beautiful womb that provided you with everything you need.

To go forth and build and create an amazing life of joy and love and freedom.

I thank you,

Give your honor,

Give your love,

Give your respect to this amazing birthplace,

This womb of Mother Earth.

And as you stand,

You can open your eyes just in time to see a sea of light.

A single ray of sunshine makes its way magically through the opening of the cave to land right at your feet.

This is the light that will lead you out of the womb,

Back into the world.

As you walk with reverence along this path that is lit by the divine force that loves you,

You can feel your senses return and feel the warm breeze on your skin.

You can hear the song of birds,

Sound of the wind in the trees,

Maybe the chirp of a woodland creature.

It may be a rushing stream,

Anything that feels wonderful to you and representative of the beauty of this earth.

Allow all those sensations to return as you make your way out of the mouth of the cave and back onto the woodland path.

Stop for just a moment,

Turn back towards the mouth of the cave,

Say one last thank you.

And maybe imagine resting your forehead to the ground in front of this magical space that just provided you with so many riches,

So many wonders,

So much nourishment,

Love and support.

And then turn and begin to make your way reverently,

But with great joy and with great lightness in your heart,

Back down the woodland path.

Leaving this wound behind,

But remembering that you carry this replica inside of you in every moment,

That the magic of this rebirthing,

The magic of this quiet,

Calm,

Peaceful place is always available to you in every moment.

And make your way back down the path,

Gently,

Reverently,

Giving yourself a little smile,

Celebrating and appreciating the wonder of being filled up with so much possibility,

With so much hope and expectation.

Make your way back down the path and back into your dwelling,

Back to your seat and into your body.

You take just a moment to memorize this feeling,

Notice the sensations in your body.

Maybe your fingers are tingling,

Maybe your skin is warm and glowing from all the love that you bathe yourself in.

If your heart feels light and your vision feels clear,

Embrace and embody this feeling and let it empower you.

Be the deliberate and joyful and powerful co-creator of your brilliant life.

And we'll end by taking three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in together.

Use these breaths to further embody this feeling,

This intention into every cell of your body and every fiber of your being.

And set the intention to bring this feeling with you into the next moments days,

Weeks,

Months,

Years of your life.

First breath in,

Release.

Next breath in,

Release.

The magical third breath in,

Release.

We stand together as one,

Children of the earth,

Children of spirit,

Strengthening,

Emboldening and empowering one another with our connection,

With our love,

With the deliberate weaving together of our energy,

The deliberate sharing of our intent with the grieving world.

We stand in our sovereignty and we stand in our connection,

Never losing power by being connected to all that is,

To one another,

Only amplifying,

Magnifying and increasing this power.

We vow to bring this message of love forward with us into this life.

We're grateful for the many blessings of the divine,

Of the earth,

Of earth,

Wind and fire.

And so it is.
