Kelly is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher who found her way into meditation over 10 years ago and it has now become an integral part of her morning ritual. At the start of the first lockdown of 2020, she started doing a weekly guided meditation for work colleagues and all these years later they are still going strong. She wants to help people reconnect to and care for themselves through nurturing self-care practices so that they can live their most joyful life. Kelly is a mama, a wife, a joy seeker, a healer, a creator, a life learner, a podcaster, and a certified Qoya Inspired Movement teacher.
