If life has felt challenging or overwhelming recently,

Go put on some music that helps you feel how you want to feel.

Clap,

Jump,

Move,

Shake,

Sing,

Express.

Don't worry what you look like,

Focus on how it feels.

Let it vibrate your body and enliven your senses.

Step away from what feels numbing and go towards what makes you feel more alive.

As someone has said before,

The world needs more people who have come alive.

May you be one of those people.
