I am here supporting you.

You are not alone,

Dear one.

Things will feel easier.

Your voice is making a difference to people even if it doesn't always manifest as you hope it will.

You are cared for,

You are loved,

And you are valued more than you realize.

Your capacity for love is infinite.

You are worthy of good things and joyful experiences,

But sometimes you have to stand up for yourself to get them.

It's not always easy as you already know,

But I trust you will make the right decisions for you as the time arises.

Go easy on yourself.

I love you.

All is well.
