One of Graham's key skills is to make the complicated simple, using examples and guided reflection to relate theory to practice. He has a Ph.D in Counselling and Adult Education, and has a Masters in Education. He is also a qualifed mental health nurse, general nurse, a teacher of nurses, a counsellor, coach and therapist.
