Stepping into the unknown.
This self-explorative meditation is based upon the teachings and research of Dr.
Jody Spencer and the teachings of karmic healer John Jones,
As well as the integration of the practice of hypnosis and various healing and meditation techniques.
By using this meditation,
You can become more comfortable with the unknown,
Feeling more safe and secure,
Disidentifying from the old self and opening up to new opportunities,
New possibilities that can improve your experience of self,
Others and life.
Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
Once you're comfortable,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale out of your mouth,
Close your eyes and relax your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.
With each and every breath,
You relax deeper and deeper and deeper,
Allowing for relaxing,
Soothing energy to move in a wave-like fashion from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes,
Feeling each and every cell with deep relaxation.
Keep relaxing your body,
Relaxing your breath,
Relaxing your mind,
Letting go,
Surrendering more and more and more,
As if you were gently falling back onto your bed,
Into the softness of your bed,
Relaxing all of your muscles,
Relaxing your entire body from head to toes.
And as the wave of energy from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes continues to relax each and every cell of your body,
You feel your body expanding in space,
Becoming aware of the space within your body,
The energy of space within your body in space,
And becoming aware of the energy of space all around your body in space,
Aware of the energy of space within you and all around you,
Expanding,
Unfolding into space.
And as you expand into space,
As you unfold into space,
You become more and more aware of the space all around you,
And how far this space reaches,
This infinite space,
Forever unfolding.
And as you expand and unfold into space,
You feel so calm,
So peaceful,
So open,
Grateful for this experience,
Feeling completely accepted and received,
As you expand into space,
As you merge with space,
As you become one with the energy of space within you and all around you.
And as you expand into the field,
Filled with possibilities,
With potentials,
You feel a sense of bliss,
Trusting this process of expansion,
Of unfoldment,
Of dissolution,
Disidentified from the old self,
Trusting the present moment completely.
Step into the unknown,
Merging with the unknown,
Filled with infinite possibilities,
Potentials,
Quiet and still in this emptiness,
In this space.
And if you find yourself drawn back to the past,
To the old self,
Through emotions or thoughts or images or memories,
You may ask in the emptiness of space,
Who am I?
As you continue to focus on the space within and all around you in space,
Asking the question,
Who am I?
Who am I?
Surely,
You're not any of your thoughts,
Your ideas,
Your perspectives,
Your emotions,
Your memories.
You are much more than that.
You are everything,
Everyone,
Everybody,
Every space,
Every time.
Let yourself feel that as you continue to ask the question,
Who am I?
Connecting to all of these different potentials,
Possibilities,
Realizing that all of them are available and none of them are you.
Who am I?
And to whom do these thoughts,
These ideas,
These emotions arise?
Surely,
You are not your thoughts,
Your ideas,
Your beliefs,
Your fears,
Your emotions.
You are much greater than that.
You're not the known.
You're all of it and none of it.
You're everything you choose to express and body experience resonate with.
And so step into this unknown,
Filled with infinite potentials and trust.
Feel the energy,
The life of the unknown.
Let it fill you.
Let it elevate you.
Let it free your creative energy and create.
Be,
Feel.
Whatever you choose to be,
To feel,
To create from moment to moment.
And know that this space outside of space is always available to you.
This unknown filled with potentials,
With possibilities,
With new choices,
New relationships.
You can tune into it.
You can become one with it.
And experience any change,
Any transformation that you choose that is in your highest and best good.
And so feeling comfortable with the unknown,
Disidentified from the old self.
Alive,
Aware,
Conscious in the present moment,
In a new body.
A body that trusts the unknown.
A body that wants the unknown,
That surrenders to it.
Become aware of the space that you're in.
Embracing the unknown,
Loving the unknown within you and all around you.
Feeling grateful for all of the creative energy that it brings.
And deepening your breath,
Feeling yourself in your body.
Calm,
Grounded.
Alert and aware.
When you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Thank you for watching!
