Lição 1
Connecting With Your Inner Child
During this first day of our journey, you will be invited to reunite with your inner child. Giving yourself the opportunity to see that younger version of yourself in their true essence will allow you to get back in touch with that child who resides within and get to know them again and how their mind oprerates.
Lição 2
Releasing Suppressed and Repressed Anger
Day 2 will consist of facing hidden upset, anger and resentment that you may have suppressed. Growing up in any type of dysfunction where you were not allowed to express who you are and your feelings creates an underlying feeling of unfairness. While many of us were not allowed to express anger out of fear of repercussions, I will take you on a healing journey where your inner child is allowed and encouraged to express any hidden feelings of anger and rage which have been lying dormant.
Lição 3
Facing the Mother Wound
Day 3 is a powerful day of addressing any wounds that may have been caused by the mother figure in your life. Growing up with an emotionally immature mother causes many feelings of insecurity and the inability to self sooth among other poor coping mechanisms. When you do not have an emotionally attuned mother, the ability to express your feelings and be mirrored will cause deep wounds and confusion in the psyche. I will take you on a journey where you will be able to address the mother wound and hear the words you have been longing for.
Lição 4
Healing the Father Wound
On day 4 we will address the father wound and the void that was caused by not having an emotionally stable father figure. This lack of support and safety causes us to feel ungrounded with continual feelings of instability, survival, and lack of trust. You will experience a deep healing by addressing these wounds and confronting the father figure in your life who was not able to provide you with an emotional foundation for you to carry through life.
Lição 5
Forgiving Yourself and Your Inner Child
On our 5th and final day, we will work through forgiveness of yourself and your inner child. Unconsciously you have been carrying resentments towards yourself for where you are in your life, and what was done to you. The childhood moto, “its not fair” has created feelings of victimhood and the need to seek justice, all which need to be forgiven. While forgiving others is important, when you forgive yourself in this lesson, you will automatically be able to release others who have caused you harm.
