Lição 1
Let's Move Your Meditation
Believe it or not, there is no rule that states you must be seated in perfect stillness to meditate. We can access the present moment through connecting to our bodies and staying present in the feeling of flow. Let us let go of any past beliefs about meditation and let loose into our body, into the moment. Let me know how this practice felt for you on the board & let me know if you've tried this before!

The Beauty Of Breathwork
Step into day 2 of our meditation journey, where we explore "The Beauty of Breath Work." Embark on an exploration of your breath – the silent orchestra that guides us through life, unveiling the power of presence and connection within each inhale and exhale. Pranayama is one of the 8 limbs of yoga; a vital and powerful part of the yogic path. Today's practice is "double breathing".
Lição 3
Enchant Your Nervous System With Chanting
Step into the third day of our enriching meditation voyage, where we unravel the enchanting world of chanting. Beyond the melody, chanting ignites a symphony within, resonating through the channels of your very being. This practice isn't merely a song; it's a harmonious touch that awakens your inner landscape, stimulating the vagus nerve, a remarkable bridge connecting your mind and body. The words are: OM GAM GANA PATAYEH NAMAHA.
Share your experience afterwards- & let me know- have you tried chanting before?
