Together, we will embark on a journey inward. Allowing the mind & body to find relaxation and presence, we are guided by our breath, deeper and deeper into the present moment. On this path, we can receive messages from our bodies, our souls, and the divine. Let's unwind and dive in.

Hello,

Welcome.

I invite you on a journey inward.

Let's get zen.

I hope you're comfortable.

You can lay down,

You can be seated.

Just find your happy comfortable position.

When you're there,

Allow your eyelids to become heavy.

Maybe they close completely or maybe you're focusing on the tip of your nose.

Notice the space around you.

Not by looking but by feeling.

Feel the weight of the air around you.

Notice your skin.

Can you somehow bring awareness to the feeling of your skin touching the air?

Notice what that's like.

We're taking this body and this skin with us down this path on this journey inward.

We're not finding a separation of mind and body.

We're embracing and loving and appreciating our body and through that we're diving deeper past our skin,

Our muscles and bones.

Deeper inward to our soul,

To our essence,

Our divine light.

Don't worry.

I'm taking you there with me.

Perhaps you started this journey years ago.

Some of us are just taking our first steps.

Wherever you are on this path,

You are not alone.

I am with you along with millions more beings around the world,

All connected through this present moment.

You may be wondering where exactly we are headed.

That's normal,

Natural.

The mind likes to wonder and worry about what's next.

It likes to ask,

Are we there yet?

Notice your mind wonder and wander.

Then gently remind your mind that it's not about the destination.

It's about this step,

This breath,

Right here,

Right now.

So let's bring full awareness into our next inhale,

Holding on to that breath,

Expressing gratitude and love for all of the life that the oxygen provides you.

And gently,

Slowly send your breath back out to the earth,

To the universe,

Receiving each breath with gratitude,

For not a single breath is promised.

We inhale through our nose,

Hold on to our breath for two,

Three,

Four seconds of appreciation and exhale as slowly as we possibly can.

On your next exhale,

Take two,

Three seconds before you breathe in the next breath,

Noticing what it feels like to be completely empty.

And on your inhale,

Noticing what it feels like to be completely full.

Which do you prefer?

Ask yourself why.

And continue to breathe through the flow.

Each breath is a step forward down the path of presence.

Each breath you take in full awareness,

You're taking another step further,

Deeper into presence.

Receive each breath consciously.

Allow your body to relax.

Unlike many journeys,

This is not a physical one.

Your legs don't have to move.

You don't have to be on the lookout.

Allow yourself to completely release,

To completely relax and just trust that your breath will take you where you need to be.

Inhaling for three,

Two,

One,

Holding and exhaling for six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

Feeling empty,

Waiting before we receive the next breath for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Holding that breath,

Expressing gratitude,

Exhaling for eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

Finding your magic number,

The number that works for you and allowing the count to double on your exhale.

If you inhale for three,

We exhale for six.

If you can inhale for five,

Hold on to that breath for five and exhale for ten.

Find your number and allow your number to guide you down this path,

Keeping you present.

You Notice what's happening in your body as you dive deeper down this path,

Deeper into the present moment.

Appreciate the feeling of relaxation.

Notice if you're experiencing any sensations of tension,

Heaviness or stress in your body.

Instead of fighting that pain or trying to send it away,

Bring full awareness to that part of your body.

Travel there with your breath.

Send breaths of healing,

Of relief and release,

Breath of attention and recognition.

Our body works so hard for us every day.

Sometimes we forget to listen to what it needs.

Ask your body what you can do to relieve,

Release this tension.

Yoga,

A massage,

Hot bath.

Assure your body that you are aware and you will take care and breathe.

Listen to any wisdom coming from your body,

Your subconscious mind or your breath.

Is there a message the universe is trying to send you?

Be open to receive.

And if you're not receiving,

Just notice what that feels like and accept and breathe Thank you for joining me on this journey.
