Bella has had a lifelong devotion to studying yoga, and holds the highest international standard for yoga teachers. Her studies began in 2016 in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. She went on to complete 500 hours of YTT training in San Francisco with a focus in Yoga Therapy.
