One more deep breath in through your nose.
Gently and slowly exhaling.
Lift your right leg slightly off the ground.
Flex your foot.
Bend your knee.
Begin to feel,
Engage,
And flex every muscle in your right leg.
Tightening,
Tensing,
And exhale.
Let your right leg fall to the ground.
Heavy,
Completely releasing,
Completely relaxing.
Take an inhale and gently lift your left leg off the ground.
Flexing your foot,
Bending your knee,
Engaging,
And tightening every muscle down your left leg.
Exhale,
Let it fall.
Heavy,
Melting into the earth.
Notice how heavy your legs feel.
Notice them relaxing,
Melting into the ground.
Engage your glutes,
Your hips,
Your core,
Your chest.
Tighten it all.
Flex,
Engage,
Exhale,
Completely release and relax.
Inhale,
Lifting your right arm off the ground,
Bending at the elbow.
Your right fist is tight,
Squeezing your biceps,
Squeezing every muscle in your right arm.
Exhale,
Let it fall heavily to the earth,
Completely released and relaxed.
Inhale,
Lifting your left arm,
Clenching your fist,
Bending at the elbow,
Engaging,
Tightening every muscle.
Exhale,
Let it fall heavy to the earth.
Notice that from your shoulders down to your toes,
Your entire body is relaxed.
Inhale,
Tightening your neck,
Clench your jaw,
Furrow your eyebrows,
Squeeze your cheeks,
Tighten your eyelids closed.
Squeeze everything as tightly as you possibly can and exhale,
Completely release,
Letting your jaw fall open.
From the top of your head down to the tips of your toes,
Your entire body is completely relaxed.
You begin to melt into the earth with every exhale.
Breathe in peace and serenity with your inhales and exhale,
Melt into the earth.
Breathe in love,
Awareness,
Exhale,
Melt.
Breathing clarity and kindness,
Exhale,
Melt.
