I'm Bella and welcome to a slower version of affirmations for the sobriety journey.
I'm glad to welcome you with me along this path of sobriety,
Sharing these affirmations for growth,
Strength,
Support,
And self-love.
By working on positive affirmations,
We are reprogramming negative thought patterns we have in our minds.
Unless you're the Buddha or Bodhisattva,
I think we can all agree that we have plenty of negative thought patterns.
So I applaud you for taking some time today to focus on positive thought patterns and programming your brain in a positive way.
As we make these affirmations,
I invite you to repeat these affirmations while visualizing yourself taking an action that makes this affirmation true.
So we're both saying these words,

And we're also imagining what steps we can take to make these words more true in our life.
