In this 3-day meditative journaling course, we will connect with our higher selves and align to the energy of Pisces season. Our prompts will focus on processing our emotions, tapping into our spiritual selves, and encouraging our dreams.
Each day has a short meditation to prepare you for writing, followed by four journal prompts. You'll journal (or meditate) on each prompt for two minutes, but you can pause me if you want to write for longer, or you can revisit the prompts later.
