Welcome.
Today we will take time to celebrate and be proud of you,
All of who you are,
And all that you have accomplished.
Find a comfortable position for yourself to meditate in today.
You can choose to sit or lay down,
And use any props you need to help support you,
Such as yoga blocks,
Pillows,
Or blankets.
You may close your eyes if that feels right to you,
Or you can find a fixed point just ahead of you to gaze upon.
Let's get grounded by bringing awareness to our breath.
Begin by releasing any breath that you are holding.
And then take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale,
Open mouth,
Sigh it out.
Inhale.
And exhale,
Sigh it out.
Continue to breathe in and out of your nose at your own rhythm and pace.
I invite you to imagine that you are standing at the foot of a long set of beautiful marble stairs.
You are about to explore a museum dedicated to honoring the wonderful moments and accomplishments of your life thus far.
To honor this occasion,
You are wearing your favorite dressy attire that makes you feel both confident and comfortable.
A golden light shines on these stairs,
Lighting your path forward.
You follow this guiding light up the stairs,
Moving carefully with it,
One step at a time.
The light shines onto framed pictures that are lining the walls of the staircase.
As you look closer at each one,
You realize these are images from moments in your life,
Starting from when you were born.
Each of these photos has something in common.
They are all celebratory moments from your life,
Both big moments and small moments.
Some you might not even remember,
Like the day you learned to walk or to read.
But even if you can't remember all of these moments,
You can see and feel them being celebrated.
As you climb these stairs looking at this art collection of your best memories and moments,
You are reminded of all the birthdays,
Graduations,
New jobs,
And other major milestones.
Take your time now moving up these stairs and reveling in all that you've accomplished.
With each photo you pass,
You feel the joy of these wins and also the relief of all the challenges you've overcome.
At the top of the stairs,
You discover a door.
As you reach to push it open,
You feel it buzzing with energy beneath your fingertips.
On the other side of this door,
Waiting for you,
Is your celebration.
This celebration is how you would celebrate yourself if you had no restrictions or judgments and an unlimited budget.
Perhaps on the other side of this door is a big party with the people you love,
Or it might be a quiet retreat all to yourself in a beautiful place.
There is no right or wrong way to celebrate.
Just let it be your unique celebration and reward.
It can be whatever you want and need to honor yourself in this moment.
Gently push open the door and allow the warmth of this celebration to welcome you in.
Let whatever and whoever is here hold,
Comfort,
And uplift you.
This is your space,
Your place right now to celebrate.
Notice how you feel in this moment,
In this place.
If there is any hesitation to allowing yourself to fully enjoy and feel this moment,
Ask yourself kindly to release that resistance now.
Trust that you have earned this moment.
You have earned everything you see in front of you.
You deserve to feel proud and pampered and loved.
Stay a few moments in your celebration and allow yourself to take it all in.
Begin to step back from your celebratory space now,
Heading out the door and down the stairs.
As you step away,
You carry the energy of your celebration with you,
Because now that you've found this place,
This feeling,
You can call upon it again whenever you want or need to.
At the bottom of the stairs,
You pause and feel deep gratitude for your strength and for the qualities within you that brought you to where you are today.
These will take you even further than you can imagine.
Let these qualities and big moments in your life serve as a reminder of all you are capable of as you prepare to harvest your next big goals or dreams.
When you are ready,
You may exit this space and begin to return to the present moment.
Take any movements you might need as you slowly come back into your physical body.
Gently blink your eyes open as you adjust back to the space around you.

Thank yourself today for celebrating you.
You deserve to take this time to acknowledge and be proud of all that you've accomplished and created.
Return to this meditation whenever you need a reminder of the amazing person that you are.
Try doing this practice daily for one week to feel a big boost in confidence during challenging times.
