This low-guidance meditation with journal prompts will help you intuitively assess the day ahead so you can take action on what you most want to accomplish. You can have a journal nearby to write or draw in response to the prompts, or you can simply sit quietly and meditate on the questions. Do whatever feels best to you!

Welcome.

Set up a comfortable space,

Finding a position that feels good for you and your body today.

This meditation is an opportunity for self-inquiry and reflection.

Once you're settled,

I'll be posing two questions that will allow you to tap into your inner guidance,

Your intuition.

You can choose to simply sit with what comes up,

Or you can grab a journal and write or draw what comes to mind.

Choose whatever feels right for you today.

You'll sit with the question for several minutes to allow ample time to hear and feel what comes up.

The music is also there to guide you and help you access anything that needs to be expressed.

You may close your eyes or find an unmoving point to softly gaze upon.

Begin by focusing on your breath.

There's no need to force a particular pattern.

Simply sit with the breath and observe how your body responds to each inhale.

As we prepare to sit with today's questions,

Welcome in any insights from your heart,

Your higher self,

Or your spirit team today.

Any insights that are for your greatest and highest good.

The first question for today is,

What is calling me forward today?

Where in my life am I ready to take action?

Again,

What is calling me forward today?

Where in my life am I ready to take action?

Allow your thoughts from the first question to settle before we move to the next one.

Your second question for today is,

What is the story I would like to tell today through my thoughts and my actions?

And what is the story I would like to tell today through my thoughts and my actions?

Allow your thoughts from this question to settle and close out today.

Begin to step back now from these questions and return to your breath and your body.

Take a slow breath in,

Feeling the chest and belly rise.

And slowly open your mouth for a nice long sighing exhale.

Gently blink your eyes to adjust back to the space around you.

With much love and gratitude,

I close our practice together.

If any of the questions still feel incomplete to you,

Feel free to continue or return to this meditation anytime.

Thank you for joining me.

May we journey together again soon.
