In this 10-minute daily morning practice, you will journal on three prompts to help you start your day in the energy of gratitude. The session begins with a short meditation, visualizing opening the gift of the new day, and then we journal for one minute each on three prompts. There's no need to write in complete sentences or with perfect grammar. The intention is to get out whatever is top of mind for you in the one minute timeframe, but you can always pause the track if you'd like to journal for a bit longer.
