Lição 1
Get To Know Nidra: Annamaya Kosha
This first lesson contains an overview of the techniques used in the practice of Yoga Nidra to help you better understand the process of each class. This is followed by an exercise to help develop your personal intention for the course in which you will be prompted to answer a number of questions in your journal. After the intention setting exercise we will do a short Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra practice focused on Annamaya Kosha, the physical body. After the Nidra practice we will return to our journals for a few journaling prompts.

Get To Know Nidra: Pranamaya Kosha
This lesson contains an overview of Pranamaya Kosha. This is followed by journaling exercises to help you better connect with your breath body. After the journaling exercise we will do a short Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra practice focused on Pranamaya Kosha, the pranic or subtle body. After the Nidra practice we will return to our journals for a few journaling prompts.

Get To Know Nidra: Manomaya Kosha
This lesson contains an overview of Manomaya Kosha. This is followed by journaling exercises to help you better connect with your emotional body as well as revisit your Sankalpa or personal intention. After the journaling exercise we will do a short Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra practice focused on Manomaya Kosha, the emotional body. After the Nidra practice we will return to our journals for a few journaling prompts.
Lição 4
Get To Know Nidra: Vijanamaya Kosha
This lesson opens with journaling exercises followed by a short Yin Yoga practice. After Yin we review Vijanamaya Kosha and move into a Yoga Nidra practice focused on that Kosha, also known as the wisdom body. After the Nidra practice we will return to our journals for a few journaling prompts.

Get To Know Nidra: Anandamaya Kosha
This last lesson contains an overview of Anandamaya Kosha, the bliss body. After some journaling you will be guided through a short Yin Yoga practice, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice focused on Anandamaya Kosha. We will then return to our journals for a few prompts. During these final prompts we will create a 'Kosha Wheel' which is used to better understand how you see yourself and how you can grow by using your Sankalpa.
