Lição 1
The Journey To Happiness
Day 1 is an introduction to the 10-day journey and will include making a commitment to yourself as well as creating an intention to reach a new level of internal happiness. You will learn how to shift your mindset and become open to vulnerability and new truths which will help to create a shift in your perception. This is how lasting change occurs.

Self-Compassion and Humility
On Day 2, we will discuss the concepts of Self-Compassion and Humility, which are two very important components of happiness. It is crucial to have compassion for yourself as you continue on this journey as thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you may surface. This day provides gentle guidance to be a kind and loving support for yourself as you address programming which may be keeping you stuck.

Refocus Your Energy
On Day 3, we will look into how focusing your energy only on things you can control will bring you more peace and happiness. There are only two things that you can control; they are your thoughts and your reactions. When refocusing your energy, you are better able to accept the things you cannot change and gain the wisdom and strength to change the things you can.

Taking Responsibility Of Your Life
On Day 4, we will look at how taking full responsibility for your life can create massive changes in regards to your happiness level. If you continue to blame others for things that happen, you are giving away your power. When you continually play the victim and blame others for where you are, you won't be able to move forward to make empowering changes and create more happiness in your life.

Protect Your Inner Flame
On Day 5 of Finding Your Happiness, you will discover why it is important to protect your inner flame. Every one of you has an inner flame that is meant to shine bright. This flame is the true essence of who you are! It is the part of you that knows that you matter, that you are important and that you are a magnificent human being. When you don't stand in your truth, you make it easy for others to determine your worth and value, dimming your light, and robbing you of your happiness.

Relationship Management
On Day 6 , we will cover the concept of categorizing your relationships. Prioritizing your relationships will free up your energy and increase your happiness. Relationships are like currency, they can either be deposits or withdrawals from your emotional bank account. When you have relationships that you invest in which are not fulfilling nor do they provide a return, they diminish your happiness. It is important to differentiate between fulfilling and imbalanced relationships in order to gain more peace and happiness.

Fully Experience Your Emotions
On Day 7, we will discuss the importance of Fully Experiencing Your Emotions. Emotions are “E-motions” or “energy in motion”. We are energetic beings, and when we suppress emotions we are keeping trapped energy within our bodies. We are not allowing it to release, and the more emotions we hold suppressed, the more we are limiting the natural flow of “chi” or energy in our bodies which can lead to emotional issues, physical symptoms, and even disease. I will guide you and help you identify where emotions are being trapped in your body and how to release them.

Being Happy Or Being Right
Day 8 of Finding Your Happiness we will explore how letting go of the need to be right can bring you more happiness. We all know people that insist on being right much of the time. In fact, on occasions, we may be that very person. A person that is adamant about being right is someone who has the need to feel superior, powerful or who wants to remain in control. Is there a situation in your life that you would be happier by just letting go instead of constantly proving your point and be right? I will take you though an exercise to help you release the need to be right.

Stop Taking Things Personally
Day 9 we are going to address how to stop taking things personally. How many times has someone done or said something which had nothing to do with you and somehow you find a way to take it personally? Once we understand that most everyone is operating from subconscious programming and survival mode, we can learn to stop making everything about us. This type of self-focused and victimizing behavior can create a lot of unnecessary problems in relationships, and your own life and drastically affects your happiness.

Forgiving Yourself And Others
Day 10 is our final day together on this journey to Finding your Happiness and one of the most important days on your voyage towards lasting happiness. On this day we are covering the topic of Forgiveness. Forgiving others, and yourself is a very crucial part of the journey to happiness. Letting go of past hurts, resentments, and regrets gives you the freedom to move forward. You can then reclaim your power by turning past experiences into wisdom. Could you be the one person who you need to forgive the most?
