Lição 1
Authenticity & autonomy For An Optimal Humanity
The legal landscape is changing, but not in the ways most lawyers think. In this lesson we touch upon both lawyer and client dissatisfaction within the legal system and offer an overview of why intuitive skills are so important in lawyering of the future.
Offering empirically based research as a foundation, we explore the ideas of using authenticity and autonomy as the foundation for an optimal, happy humanity - one in which intuition is the touchstone of humanity's guidance. We show how the legal system in its present form inhibits the development of intuitive skills and why the traits of authenticity and autonomy are keys to unlocking the door to humanity's expansion. We show how you, the lawyer, can play an integral part in this future.
Lição 2
Current Legal Practice & The Rule Of Law
After learning that the legal system governs all relationships on the planet, we open our minds to the idea that the dissatisfaction we experience may have some basis in our trainining. It appears that we have shifted our focus away from being of service to our clients in the holistic way required to serve humanity in the way most of us intended.
This lesson explores the system within which each of us subscribed to (both the client and the lawyer). We will briefly visit the way a lawyer traditionally approaches their profession based on the fundamental protections offered to humanity by the Rule of Law, and how this is potentially impacting on our ability to remain authentic.

Do We Truly Experience Peace, Order & Freedom?
After acknowledging that the Rule of Law underpins the governance of modern society, we take a look at each of its primary guiding principles, peace, order, and freedom in turn to ascertain its efficacy in the modern world and whether it is still the deliverable promised to our society.
We also take a brief look at inroads made into alternative legal practices and how they are progressing with the Rule of Law as a backdrop. In doing so, we consider the possibility of a further alternative.

The Shift In Perspective
The legal system in its present form deals with its clients and the lawyers within the system, as if they are separated from each other. Yet, science has shown us that we are all one energy. If humanity has created a system to govern its members, it may be useful to review the nature of the reality those members operate within.
Indeed, to access and effectively utilise our intuitive skills within a system such as this, we need to review the nature of the system and question whether it is an ideal fit for our reality.

Legal, Scientific & Governmental Recognition For The Shift
In this lesson we explore the nature of reality and why it is that we need to understand reality's nature if we are to provide a more relevant governance of humanity.
We touch upon scientific, legal, and governmental recognition that we are all energetic beings and that all energy is connected. We learn the importance of understanding that energy operates in certain frequencies and that we each resonate with like frequencies.

What It Means To See Life As One Energy
Here we will look at what it means to look at our life as if it is all one energy. We have reflected upon the way the legal system deals with reality as if human relationships and property are in a state of separation, rather than in their true nature as one indissoluble whole.
In this lesson we see how rules and laws work in separation and as such are counterintuitive to the fundamental way matter functions.
We see how energy's nature is to flow, and being in the flow not only helps us feel good but also helps us access our intution, whereas blocking our flow feels negative and inhibits our intuitive abilities.

Self-Discovery To Access Intelligent Intuition
In this lesson we learn that we need to discover who we are if we are going to access our intelligent intuition. We go on a journey of self-discovery to, as the saying goes 'know thyself'. We explore those deep questions like, "Why are we here?" and "Who am I really?"
We learn what it would look like to be an integral part of one indissoluble whole and the benefits in doing so.
Lição 8
The Internal Legal System
We learned that unconscious rules blocked our energetic flow, and feel negative. Those unconscious rules also created ours and our client's internal legal systems. In this lesson we discover how those rules were formed in childhood and how they have been projected onto the collective as the legal system we know today.
We learn the effect of carrying these rules into adulthood and understand that they reduce our ability to be authentic and autonomous, which correspondingly reduces our ability to access our intuition.
Lição 9
Accessing Our Intelligent Intuition
We learned how we created our unconscious rules in childhood and how they kept us safe then. We learned that we unknowly hold onto these rules to protect our carefully crafted identities. However, many of these rules now cause us conflict as they do not align with our authenticity as adults.
In this lesson we use a concept for self-validating that assists us in locating the unconscious rule and dissolving it, so that we can move closer to our peaceful, satisfied, authentic selves.

Intelligent Intuition In Practice
In this final lesson we bring together all we learned during the course as background to accessing intelligent intution. We then look out how it can benefit both you and your client as an adjunct to our as an alternative to your legal practice.
In doing so, we distinguish the common lawyer from a higher consciousness lawyer's approach to conflict.
