For this meditation,
It is ideal that you can sit in a comfortable position.
If sitting is not okay for you,
Then lying down comfortably is okay too.
Either way,
Close your eyes if this is comfortable for you,
And let's start with a deep breath in and out to bring your energy fully into your chosen space.
Now relax your body and allow your breathing to return to normal,
In and out.
First bring your attention to the soles of your feet.
Feel the soles of your feet become warm as you intake via your breath pure white light energy which now comforts you as it bathes your feet in the energy of love.
This pure white light energy loves you and comforts you as it moves upward,
Up your calves,
And then up your thighs,
All the way to the base of your spine.
Now feel the pure white loving energy meet your first energy center,
Your red energy center at the base of your spine.
Now inhale deeply and imagine your red energy center starting to glow brighter red within you.
On your next long exhale imagine your red energy center expanding and flooding every cell of your body with pure vibrant crystal red light in the knowing you are safe and you are loved.
Rest a moment in this red light taking a few deep breaths as you allow it to permeate and embody your entire being in pure red light.
Now feel the pure white loving energy move its way further up your spine until it reaches the area just below your navel to the location of your orange energy center.
Inhale deeply and imagine your orange energy center starting to glow brighter orange within you.
On your next long exhale imagine your orange energy center expanding and flooding every cell of your body with pure vibrant crystal orange light.
Here you bask in the center of your authentic creative self knowing that you are safe and you are loved.
Rest a moment in this warm orange light taking a few deep breaths here as you allow it to truly permeate and embody your entire being in pure orange.
Now feel the pure white loving energy move its way up further along your spine until it reaches the area just below your ribcage to the location of your yellow energy center.
Inhale deeply and imagine your yellow energy center starting to glow brighter yellow within you.
On your next long exhale imagine your yellow energy center expanding and flooding every cell of your body with pure vibrant yellow crystal light.
Here you bask in the center of your personal power knowing that all choices are yours and that you are safe and you are loved.
Rest a moment in this warm yellow light taking a few deep breaths here as you allow it to truly permeate and embody your entire being in pure yellow light.
Now feel the pure white loving energy move its way further up your spine until it reaches your heart center,
The green energy center of your body.
Now inhale deeply and imagine your green energy center starting to glow brighter green within you.
On your next long exhale imagine your heart open as your energy center expands and floods every cell of your body with pure vibrant crystal green light.
Here bask in the purest of love that you are.

Now feel the pure white loving energy move its way further up your spine until it reaches your throat area,
The location of your blue energy center.
Inhale deeply and imagine your blue energy center starting to glow brighter blue and more vivid within you.
On your next long exhale imagine your blue energy center expanding and flooding every cell of your body with pure vibrant crystal blue light.
Here you bask in the center of loving communication with yourself and others knowing that you are always safe and you are always loved.
Rest a moment in this vivid blue light taking a few deep breaths here as you allow it to truly permeate and embody your entire being in pure blue light.
Now feel the pure crystal clear white loving light energy continue its way to the top of your spine.
As it reaches the top of your spine you can feel it moving into connection into balance with the pure white light energy moving in through your crown chakra as the white light of love meets here just behind your forehead at the third eye indigo energy center.
Here you are in clear communication as your channel with spirit is fully open.
