Beth Kurland, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in practice since 1994, working with people across the lifespan. Beth provides evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families to treat a wide array of mental health issues, with a focus on whole person health and wellness. She has experienced first hand the transformative power of meditation and mind-body strategies in her own life, and has become passionate about teaching these skills in her professional life to help people experience greater well-being. Through her books, blogs and meditations, she offers others the opportunity to learn practical tools to move from stress to greater joy and ease, and to experience their own transformation.
