This 8-day course is for anyone seeking to find greater inner balance amidst the day-to-day turbulence of life and the accompanying uneasiness, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, frustration and other range of emotions that we often encounter. Instead of trying to improve or change yourself, fix your feelings or change your life circumstances, this course will teach you how to shift your vantage point to discover the deep “well” of well-being that is already here. Once you learn how to shift your vantage point, you gain access to this enduring well-being within that is part of your true nature, the essence of who you are. When we learn to work with our more unpleasant feelings and how to meet and greet them from different viewing points – something transformative happens. What we discover is an innate capacity for ease, compassion and self-compassion, presence, perspective, balance, and deep well-being even amidst the ups and downs of our life.
