Becca Medvin BA, MFA, RYT 500, has been teaching yoga for 14 years. Becca is also a meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, flower essence practitioner, and creative writing teacher. Her interest in the healing arts was born out of a decade struggling with depression and anxiety. After her time spent in the Peruvian Amazon studying plant medicine, she felt inspired to share and teach the tools that saved her. Becca weaves together many modalities, but ultimately what she teaches is simple: all your answers, all the bliss and love you seek, and the divine already exist within you. Your task is to awaken to this, to who you already are, and to experience the sacred energy both within you and infusing all things.
