A calming, grounding meditation to help you drift off into a peaceful sleep. This meditation uses a visualization technique for grounding into the earth to let go, as well as receiving and replenishing with the light of the moon. Nourish yourself by bringing your awareness into the present moment, releasing noise and welcoming in stillness.

Welcome to this meditation to sleep.

It's your ball.

Take a big breath.

And allow yourself to just settle into your space.

Imagine that the whole backside of your body is laying on a giant tree.

Notice what kind of tree that is.

If it's your favorite kind of tree or maybe it's just whatever tree you see in this moment.

But it's connected to your shoulders,

To your heel,

And it's especially connected to the base of your spine,

The left and right side of your seat,

Your sciatic nerves,

That bunch of.

.

.

Just see that this tree grows down wherever you're laying,

Through the ground,

The dirt,

Through every layer of the planet this tree grows down until the roots of this tree sink down into the core of the planet into a space that's just for you.

See this picture.

Just flip this switch onto grounded,

Onto release.

Every part of your body is now just able to relax and what's beneath you and to really let go into gravity.

Just like a waterfall.

There's no water,

Just anything that you're ready to let go of any pressure from your day,

Any energy in your space that's just too fast to sleep or any problems you've been trying to figure out.

Just imagine that all these things,

Like water in a waterfall,

Can just drop.

If I'm trying to figure something out,

That looks like spinning around and around.

It's kind of like a dog chasing its tail.

I spin around and around and I'm trying to figure something out.

Figuring something out might seem like a road to letting go.

I want to figure it out so I can move past it,

But the frequency of figuring something out actually keeps us spinning around.

Albert Einstein said,

You can't solve a problem from the frequency of a problem.

You have to solve it from the frequency of the solution.

Raise my state of consciousness,

Of awareness,

Of attention to the solution or even just to a place where I have more space.

Answer to holding onto a figure and where you're still just revved up from your day.

Imagine that you can just take another deep breath in.

There's nothing you need to do to let go.

What you need to do is actually the cessation of all that effort.

Let yourself just be.

Gravity takes over and does the work for ourselves.

This tree trunk.

We're stabilizing ourselves in the present moment.

We're also creating space to let go of whatever's not in this present moment or of this present moment so that we can fully arrive into the here and now.

Fully arrive into the here and now.

We're absolutely totally just here.

It feels real.

It feels like open space.

It feels like being in.

It feels like pure possibility.

See energy dropping down that tree trunk.

Best part about letting go,

You don't even need to know.

Just let it go.

See a picture of rolling boulders or big rocks down to the base of your spine and then just watching it just sweep in some dust down.

See this picture.

Each passing moment,

You're becoming more grounded,

More at ease,

More able to just relax,

Lean back into the earth beneath you.

Each passing moment,

You're able to let go of all that isn't here and now.

All that takes you out of this moment.

Body is always in the present moment,

But our minds can be all over the place.

Past,

Future,

Here,

There.

When our minds join our bodies in the present moment,

Our bodies can finally ease and feel that we're here.

You're here with you.

Imagine above you now is a beautiful moon.

Notice what phase the moon is in.

Moon is full of light.

Light like the most nourishing elixir.

Light like pure nourishment,

Pure life force,

Rejuvenating,

Nourishing.

Imagine this life force is your own.

It's made for yours and yours alone.

Just start to allow yourself now to receive.

It's already shining,

Rejuvenating you,

Restoring you,

Filling you back up to your own energy,

Frequency,

Nourishment.

As you allow that light to go down your spine,

Legs,

And out through your toes.

As you allow that light to fill every cell,

Just feel so,

So full of yourself.

Each passing moment,

You're becoming more grounded,

More at ease,

More able to just relax,

Lean back into the earth beneath.

Each passing moment,

You're able to let go of all that isn't here and now,

All that takes you out of this moment.

The body is always in the present moment,

But our minds can be all over the place,

Past,

Future,

Here,

There.

When our minds join our bodies in the present moment,

Our bodies can finally feel that we're here.

You're here with you.

You're arriving.

Just leaning back,

Grounding,

Receiving,

Inhale and exhale each new breath just happening,

Letting go,

Receiving the now.
