Hey, This is Becca, And welcome to a meditation for manifestation, For creating a desire that you have. So let's just take a deep breath in here, And exhale, And allow your body, Whatever position you're in, Could you just soften a bit? Let yourself really relax where you are, You might just wiggle your fingers and your toes. Your shoulders really relax. So an important aspect of creating something that we desire is the energy that I create that dream in, Is the energy that I will receive it in. So before we do this type of work, It's important that we clear out our space so that we're coming from this enthusiastic light place, And then we can receive our desire in the way that will nourish us and fulfill us in the best way, In the highest good. So to begin, Let's just imagine our bodies are grounded to the earth with some sort of cord. Maybe that cord is a tree trunk, A rainbow, Or a beam of light, Or whatever you see right now. But this cord connects the base of your spine, Your root chakra, To the earth beneath you. This cord grows down through whatever your body is on, Through the building you're in, Through the dirt and the rock beneath you, Through water and lava, Through every layer of the planet, Until this cord sinks down into the core of the planet. And when you see that image, Why don't you just take a really deep breath. Just giving your body this image of you're grounded here, You're safe here, You can let go in this moment of whatever's in your space that isn't yours to hold, That you just sort of picked up on the street, Or maybe someone said, Hey, Will you hold this? We can just give ourselves permission right now to release other people's emotions and whatever dust we picked up. You don't need to know, But just intend right now to let go of whatever might be keeping you feeling heavy or stuck. Imagine that this energy that's keeping you feeling heavy or stuck, Imagine that it's now just dropping with gravity down that grounding cord and out of your space. Maybe you have some pressure you've been carrying on your shoulders, Pressure to do something correctly or perfectly or to do it all. Why don't you just let some of that pressure slide off your shoulders right now? So you don't want to come into this desire, This manifestation from a place of, I need it. If I don't get it, I will not survive. If I don't get it, Something bad will happen. Because if I'm coming from that place of survival, When I receive that desire, Maybe I'll receive it and maybe I won't because I'm in so much survival that I can't receive it. Or I receive my desire, But it doesn't feel the way I want it to feel. It doesn't feel like relief. It just feels like more of the same. So we just start to release the frequencies that we don't want to create in, The frequencies I don't want to be in so that the thing I create next is something different, Can be something different. So maybe you're releasing from your hips and your base of your spine and your lower back any of this energy of survival and if I don't get it, If things don't work out the way they need to work out, Then things won't be okay. Let's start to release out of our space any of that energy that says, Things won't be okay if I don't get things the way I need to get things. Let's just start to exhale that out. Yeah, So there can be room when we create this dream right now. It's room to receive it, Maybe in a surprising way, In a way I could never have expected. Maybe right now we're just releasing out of our space any fear you might be holding that things won't work out and I can't create my reality, I can only receive horrible things. Let's just start to release some of that fear and dread out of our space. It's a frequency and you can let go of it, You really can. So one time I created this dream, This manifestation like we're doing now for a new place to live. I really wanted to live somewhere magical where I would have nature all around me and I had all of these things that I wanted because I was living in this beautiful place out in nature and I wanted to be in a space, Live in a space that really took advantage of the area I was in and allowed me to spend a lot of time outside and spend a lot of time with flowers. I created this manifestation in the energy of, Of course it could happen. I was enthusiastic and I was playful about it like we'll see, We'll see how it comes to be and I did this in January so my lease wasn't up until the summer and I had plenty of time. I was, I was calm and excited to create this new dream and then what happened was as I got closer to the summer and to this moment where my lease was up, I started to really look and I was like, You know what, I'm going to, I'm going to be serious about this and I'm going to really, Three months ahead of time, I'm going to be looking all over the place for a place to live. It was so difficult to find a place that I liked first of all or that was the right price second of all, Everything was just awful and I looked for three months all over the place and I really was having a lot of trouble and I was confused about why it was so hard also to find a place and it came to the point where I was so stressed out and so much in survival about it that two weeks before my lease was up, I had nowhere to live. I had plans to go on this meditation retreat and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to go. I didn't know what to do with all my stuff. I was, I was, Had a cat. I didn't know where the cat was going to go and I was in survival 100% and at this point, I was so stressed out that I actually just gave up. I said, You know what universe, Whatever, I'm putting my stuff in storage. I can't, I can't, I'm done. I'm going to live with a friend until something happens because the energy I'm in right now is not sustainable and I really just let go in this one moment. I let go and I said, You know what, It's going to be okay. I don't know how, But it's going to be okay. When I let go in that moment and my, My energy lifted even just that little bit to a space of surrender and relaxation, The next day I was teaching a class and somebody walks in and asked me, How's it going with your search? And I said, You know, Not good. I haven't found a place, Whatever. You know, I'm in the middle of saying this, As I'm saying this, Someone walks in the door and I've seen her maybe once in my life and she says, Oh, You're looking for a place to live? And I said, Yesterday I put my space on Craigslist and I already have 40 messages and I'm overwhelmed and why don't you come see it after this yoga class? And I said, Great. And this place was so beautiful, So magical, Everything I'd ever dreamed of and more. And she chose me because she really wanted someone that would watch her dog when she's away. And I loved her dog and her dog loved me. And I, I think maybe that wasn't part of my, My initial dream, But it was something I definitely wanted to sell to be able to hang out with a dog. So it's a great reminder, That story that, You know, I almost didn't receive that because I was so close, So stressed out. I needed to get in this vibration of everything's going to work out. And then I could receive that, That manifestation because I created it in such a high energy that I needed to get back up there to receive it. And I'm so glad I did. I had a beautiful time there. So right now, Let's just take a big breath in, Another exhale, And just start to drop out of your space. Any of that, Oh, What if it doesn't happen? Ah, Because in this manifestation, We're going to trust, We're going to trust that it will come. And, And I don't know when it's going to come or how it's going to come. And that's okay, But I can create a dream. I can draw this picture and give it to the universe and say, Hey, I love this thing. I want this thing. And I can trust that at some point that will come back to me somehow. So now what we'll do is we'll see a bubble in front of us, Just like a soap bubble, A big soap bubble in front of you. And imagine inside of this soap bubble is your dream, Whatever it is. What is that dream that you have for yourself? And start to see that dream. Maybe for you, It's something you feel. Maybe it's just a feeling. Maybe it's a color. You don't even really need to have specifics, But the more specific you can be, The better. Yeah, Maybe you see more than one image. Maybe you allow yourself to dream even bigger, Because why not? Imagine this energy of playfulness and enthusiasm to just be able to dream at all, To dream and to really be in the frequencies that you are wishing to create while just hanging out here right now, Right here in these frequencies in a way it already exists, If you can feel those feelings right now. It's closer than you think. If you could already see those images and feel those feelings, It's much closer than you think. When you see that as complete, You can imagine that soap bubble starts to lift up, Up, Up, And up, All the way up to wherever you send your dreams. Maybe that's the universe. Maybe that's your higher self. Maybe that's great spirit. Just sending that dream up, Putting your order in. Hey, I want this. Thanks very much. And then taking a moment now to just feel gratitude for that dream that you have. As if it's already happening now, Can you just feel gratitude? And if that's challenging, We could just feel gratitude right now for the fact that you're alive and you have enough enthusiasm to dream at all. You have desires, You're alive. Starting there with that gratitude to just be dreaming at all. And feeling gratitude in this moment for all the dreams that you've dreamed that have come true. Maybe things you didn't even realize, Oh yeah, At one point that was something I desired and it's already happened. And then taking a moment to feel gratitude for all the blessings that are in your life right now, Big or small, Conscious or unconscious. Sometimes we don't even realize how much we have. And if it feels like you don't have much, There's not much to be grateful for, Can you just be grateful for the fact that you can take a deep breath or that you have the time or the awareness to meditate? How beautiful is that? Take another deep breath in and exhale. And just see above you now a big golden sun, A big ball of light. And imagine that this golden sun is full of your energy, Your radiance, Your presence. That capacity you have to just feel good right now for no reason at all, Just because you exist. And when you're ready, You'll just see that light pour down and into your space, Filling every cell in your body, Flowing down your spine and your legs and your arms, Even filling in the space around you like you're in a bubble of gold, Allowing some of that gold to flow like a waterfall down that grounding cord underneath you. At the end of a meditation like this, We feel just the joy of being present, Right? Not, Oh, I need something now, I need my future to be different or else. No, It's right now. Can I be that way? Can I be what I desire, Even if it's just 1% more? Can I change how I am existing right now? Because this now will flow into the next moment and then the next and the next, Like dominoes creating a different future. It starts right now. And so right now, Can I change my frequency so that I am in the energy of that which I wish to create? And can I do that in widening and widening circles so that I become it more and more as I focus on what I want? Let's take one last deep breath here. Nice job. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
