Hey,
This is Becca and this is a meditation for finding your center.
Let's take a big breath in together and let it go,
Allowing your body to be heavy,
Soft wherever you are,
Settling into your body,
To this moment,
To wherever you're resting.
And we'll begin by imagining that in the center of your head,
There is a room.
There's a room of your own.
There's a room just for you.
This is a room that you get to hang out in,
That you get to look out at the world from.
This is the center of your head.
And we might not realize it exists and we might not realize what sort of junk or old stuff or other people's stuff or maybe other people might be hanging out in there.
And so in this meditation,
We'll just clear out that space,
Clear out your center of head,
So you can have it just for you.
So start by bringing your attention up to that place and trust yourself.
Notice what you see here in the center of your head.
Is it stormy?
Is it wild?
Is it empty,
Completely,
Maybe bare?
Just take a moment and notice how it looks.
Maybe you notice people in here,
Just being aware,
What is in the center of my head anyway?
Now we get to see a trapdoor.
There's a trapdoor here in the center of your head and we can start just dropping.
Whatever doesn't belong here,
Whatever doesn't belong to you,
Whatever's not yours to hold or manage,
You can just send down that trapdoor.
Just let it drop out of your space.
Other people,
Let them go back to where they're supposed to be.
Any noise from the world,
From the news,
From anything you might have picked up,
Just letting that drop as well down that trapdoor.
And look around,
Is there anything else to drop here?
Maybe it's old furniture,
Old posters on the walls,
Things that you're ready to just let go of to create a new environment for yourself up here.
Maybe you notice the floors could use a good vacuum.
So you see yourself vacuuming the floors.
Maybe you throw some pixie dust around and just give a little sparkle.
And when that space looks clear,
We can start to fill it in the way you want that room to look.
What kind of chair do you want to sit in up there?
What color is it?
What color are the walls?
And what other magical details could help you really own this space for yourself?
How can you make this space cozier?
A place where you can really relax and be with yourself and be in your own space.
Energy.
Is this room looking out on a beautiful view?
What are you looking at?
Once that space looks complete,
See yourself sit down in that chair in the center of your head.
And own that space for yourself.
Knowing that there's nothing you need to do to earn this space or win it.
It's just yours.
And there's no one you need to fight to own your space because it's just your space.
That's it.
Let's imagine now that the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
We can own that crown chakra for ourselves.
We can own it with our own frequency.
We don't need to match other people.
We can be in our own space,
In our own space.
In our own frequency.
Connected to ourselves.
So own it for yourself.
Own your crown chakra now by imagining a color.
Like you have a paintbrush.
You can paint the color that you see now.
That is just you in this present moment.
This is the color that really looks like me right now.
The color that excites me right now.
The color that looks the most beautiful right now.
Painting it on your crown chakra.
Tuning yourself to your own frequency.
Tuning yourself in to your higher self.
To your own energy.
We can notice in our daily lives when we're tuning ourselves to other people.
And without judgment,
Just be aware and whenever you remember,
Tune back in to your own self.
Instead of matching other people,
We can connect more deeply to our own selves,
To our own energy.
Our own frequency.
Instead of letting other people run our center of head,
We can make sure it's a place where we alone get to relax and see out into the world from.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Let it go.
And I'll see you next time.
Bye bye.
