Hey,

This is Becca,

And this is a meditation for answering your questions.

Let's take a big breath in,

And exhale,

Finding a comfortable seat,

Beginning by noticing your body is grounded and that your spine is vertical.

My teacher once said in a class or clinic where we were helping people change their vibration,

Helping people in meditation,

She once said,

So if someone comes in with a question,

You're not supposed to answer their question.

You're actually giving them the opportunity to change their resonance.

When she has the opportunity to change her resonance,

The answer that she needs will come.

So that's what this meditation is about,

Changing our resonance,

Becoming receptive to communication from our higher self or communication from the universe or whatever it is for you today.

So settling into that seat,

You'll start by visualizing that you are at the base of a beautiful waterfall.

And you can see yourself sitting right under this waterfall or maybe in front of it,

But take a moment and just see that image of a waterfall.

You might just get up and close to that waterfall.

You might allow that water to pour down your back and you start to sink to this waterfall.

So that you're beginning to just let go of whatever vibrations you've been hanging out and stewing in.

They just start to drop like they can just wash down your back.

You're not making anything happen.

You're receiving this powerful flow and allowing it to take whatever's ready to go now.

Allowing this water to cleanse the back of your head,

The back of your neck,

The whole back side of your body,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

Washing down your back,

Helping you release and helping you just relax here.

Let's allow that waterfall to help us release any worry.

Allowing it to help you release any fear that's in your space.

And sometimes we carry this vibration where we prevent ourselves from being in the mystery.

To not know something,

It's okay.

Sometimes that's what's going on.

We don't know it.

We don't know everything.

Sometimes maybe we're not supposed to know something yet.

Maybe sometimes giving ourselves the grace to hang out in the question,

In the mystery,

Gives us the space to receive the right answer instead of frantically reaching for something.

So if you're carrying any of this reaching,

Looking,

Gotta know it now,

Can you allow that vibration to just wash out of your space with that waterfall?

Nice job.

Let's take a big breath in together.

And a sigh.

Now you'll notice that sitting beside you or across from you is a version of you that is a wise sage.

You could say your higher self.

Imagine you're holding an object.

It could be a flower that represents this question.

Or maybe it's just the question written on a piece of paper.

Can you give that question now to your higher self?

And notice how your higher self responds.

To that question.

And begin to just allow yourself to really receive the answer.

It doesn't need to come in words.

It could come as a color or a vibration.

Or an image.

Give yourself space now,

Open now to just receive anything at all.

And maybe the answer is totally clear.

Maybe you got just a piece of it.

Maybe you are wanting more.

And so can you allow yourself,

If that's where you're at,

To be in the mystery a little longer?

Maybe a day,

Maybe two or three.

But just giving yourself the grace to be in the question without needing an answer right now.

And if you did receive an answer,

Allow it to really find its way all the way into your being.

Knowing that you can communicate with your higher self whenever you want.

And you have this capacity for deep inner listening.

And you,

And you alone,

Have your answers.

And when we grow stronger at being able to access our own answers,

It's really powerful.

It's,

I mean,

If you always have the answers that you need,

Then you don't need to ask everybody what to do next.

You don't need to spend hours or days ruminating.

You can instead just be still and know.

When we say be still and know,

This is what we're talking about.

Getting quiet,

Releasing the frequencies that are in the way of that communication.

If I'm so full of worry and that frantic looking,

Searching,

Needing an answer right now,

I don't really have space to receive it.

Because I'm so full of that other vibration,

Where I'm looking,

That I don't have space to receive the answer.

So you can come back to this meditation whenever you notice that you are in that space.

And not to judge it.

It's called being human,

But just to notice it.

And use it as an opportunity to find a different response.

And to strengthen this inner listening.

Let's take another deep breath in.

And let it go.

And I'll see you next time.
