Welcome to this breathwork practice where we will cultivate inner peace and slow down using 5-7 breathwork practice.
We will breathe in for 5 seconds and we will breathe out for 7 seconds.
Focus more on your exhalation.
By slowing down your exhalation we will slow down our mind and we will regulate our nervous system.
Let's begin now.
Be comfortable in your space with your spine straight,
Your shoulders relaxed.
Softly close your eyes.
Place your palms gently resting in your laps,
Facing open to the sky and feel the presence of your breath.
Feel your breath in and feel your breath out.
Now slowly and deeply breathe in for 5 counts.

1 Breathe in deeply.

Slow down with each out breath.
This time breathe in deeply.
Hold for a moment.
And breathe out slowly.

Now breathe naturally.
Feeling yourself fully here in this present moment.
Now slowly wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
