We often forget to ask ourselves the question," Am I feeling calm here in the present moment ?". This is a gentle 5-minute meditation to arrive here in the present moment. This meditation will help you feel grounded and be in touch with the moment to feel calm with breathwork and mindful breathing. Welcome to this short meditation for feeling calm and grounded.

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

Relax your shoulders.

Softly close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths with 4-6 rhythm.

Breathe in deeply,

2-3-4.

Breathe out,

2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in,

2-3-4.

Breathe out slowly,

2-3-4-5-6.

Breathe in,

2-3-4.

Breathe out,

2-3-4-5-6.

In,

2-3-4.

Out,

2-3-4-5-6.

Final round.

Breathe in,

2-3-4.

And breathe out,

2-3-4-5-6.

Now breathe naturally.

Feeling you are here in the present moment.

Moving into mindful breathing.

Breathing in,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I feel grounded.

Feeling calm and grounded here in the present moment.

Now relax.

With a sense of gratitude and your smile,

Gently open your eyes.

Coming back fully to the space around you.
