Thank you for joining me for this gentle practice to release attachments,

Make peace with the past,

And move forward in life with ease and grace.

This is your time to choose the energy you will carry with you by setting your intention now.

So the invitation is to repeat these words aloud or silently to yourself,

Affirming them as your reality,

For your highest good and the highest good of every soul involved.

Let's begin.

Breathing in,

I am aware of my body.

Breathing out,

I calm my body.

Breathing in,

I acknowledge my feelings.

Breathing out,

I soften my feelings.

Today I give myself permission to feel.

I hold my feelings with care and compassion.

I see that attachment may no longer serve me.

I see that it's time now to let this go.

I see the power and freedom in letting go.

I am ready to release this and move forward.

I smile to the past for the role it has played.

I smile to the past for what it has taught me.

I've learned what I needed to learn.

I am growing in ways seen and unseen.

I choose compassion for myself and others.

I am capable of forgiveness and healing.

I am worthy of forgiveness and healing.

Forgiveness opens the door to my freedom.

I allow forgiveness to heal my heart.

I forgive myself and set myself free.

I forgive others and set myself free.

I smile to my past self with compassion.

I am choosing to make peace with my past.

I forgive myself for past mistakes.

I forgive others for past mistakes.

I did the best I could at the time.

They did the best they could at the time.

We are all works in progress.

I see myself through the eyes of compassion.

I see others through the eyes of compassion.

I forgive those who have challenged me.

I forgive those who have helped me grow.

I heal my heart with forgiveness.

I let go of the past.

I release old ties and attachments with love.

I forgive and let go,

And I am free.

I rest in the present moment.

I look forward to the future ahead.

I release the need to control outcomes.

I release the need for things to work out a certain way.

Every path forward leads to more wisdom.

I let go and allow love to lead the way.

I welcome positive energy into my life.

I welcome peace and harmony into my life.

I free myself and embrace new beginnings.

I am ready to move forward with ease.

May I be happy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be free.

May you be happy.

May you be peaceful.

May you be free.

May we all be happy.

May we all be peaceful.

May we all be free.

I hope you found this practice calming and centering.

Repetition is the key to making these words and beliefs part of your daily self-talk and perspective on life,

And the shift can happen sooner than you may think.

You may enjoy sticking with this set of affirmations for a few days,
