Thank you for joining me this evening to release the energy from your day and ease into a deep,

Restorative sleep.

This is your time to allow yourself to be supported in drifting gently into sleep.

As we begin,

I invite you to go ahead and just make yourself comfortable in the ways that you know best.

Snuggle in under your blankets and sheets,

Feeling your bed supporting your body.

And when you're ready,

Just taking a nice,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And then out through the mouth.

And with your next full breath,

Allowing any tension to just melt away.

Imagining a cool shower of water on the eyes and behind the eyes.

Softening the muscles in the jaw and the face.

Relaxing all the little muscles in the hands and the feet.

Because today you have done your best,

And your best is getting better and better all the time.

Tonight as your conscious mind wanders,

Drifts,

And dreams,

You can imagine your unconscious mind doing the work of integrating all the new lessons and learnings from your day,

And storing them away to be used in the days ahead.

Underneath the surface,

Naturally and without effort,

Making right now the perfect time to rest and to allow yourself to settle into becoming more peaceful,

Calm,

Safe,

And supported.

Your unconscious mind will spend tonight receiving and encoding these words into your being,

To your highest good,

And the highest good of every soul involved.

You are attracting an abundance of new opportunities.

It's easy to see how your mind and heart are awakening to the many ways you can use your gifts to bring light and positive energy everywhere you go,

To make a meaningful difference,

And to receive abundantly for sharing your gifts with the world.
