Deep Sleep Affirmations: Self-Trust, Peace & Inner Calm

Release the energy from your day and drift into a deep, restorative sleep. Allow these powerful truths to sink into your subconscious mind, to take root and create inner change, while you gently drift and dream.

Hello,

And thank you for joining me this evening to release the energy from your day and ease into a deep,

Restorative sleep.

This is your time to allow your body to become comfortable and to rest while these words enter your subconscious and support you in drifting gently into sleep.

So I invite you to simply relax,

Allowing your conscious mind to follow along if it wishes,

Or it may prefer to wander,

Drift,

And dream while your subconscious mind receives the truth of these words to your highest good and the highest good of every soul involved.

So go ahead and settle in,

Becoming comfortable in your own way,

Feeling the support around your body,

Releasing any tension in your arms,

Your legs,

Your hands,

Your shoulders,

Your face,

Allowing any lingering tension to just melt away.

Go ahead and take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And when you exhale,

Imagine exhaling through the soles of your feet.

Feel the muscles in your eyes relaxing,

And imagine a fresh stream of soothing water cooling your eyes behind the eyes.

Allow your breath to slow down and deepen,

Opening up space between breaths.

And as you slow down your breath,

Imagine your thoughts slowing down as well.

Imagine there's a button you can press,

And your thoughts begin to play in slow motion.

Press it again and they become even slower and slower until your mind feels more and more slow and calm and quiet.

Today you have done your best,

And your best is getting better and better all the time.

Every time you complete a day,

And then integrate your learnings with a night of deep and restful sleep,

The transformation happens underneath the surface naturally without you even having to try.

Tonight your unconscious mind will do the work of integrating and storing away the conscious and unconscious new learnings for you to be used in the days ahead.

So right now it is time to rest,

To enjoy and settle into the comfort of your bed.

Your body is already following its perfect blueprint for sleep,

And has already begun the process of leading you into a blissful state of calm and rest where you are peaceful,

Safe,

And supported.

Your unconscious mind will spend tonight nourishing and restoring all the cells in your body,

While your conscious mind drifts and dreams.

It is already happening for you,

Just as it is designed to.

Now imagine for me a beautiful peaceful landscape in the dusky evening,

A peaceful meadow encircled by a row of trees,

And just a glimmer of the sun disappearing over the horizon and out of sight.

The fireflies dancing through the air,

The crickets singing their evening song,

The grass swaying in the breeze,

The scent of the meadow flowers nearby.

Feel the soft breeze on your skin gently brushing away any lingering energy from your day and carrying it away on the wind.

Feeling the details of your day to soften out of focus and out of mind,

Fading away,

Leaving you here in your meadow to simply enjoy the stillness and quiet all around you.

And off in the distance,

A beautiful city,

Serene and gleaming white,

And even from here,

Far away in the quiet meadow,

You can sense the energy of this place.

People working,

Playing,

Going about their lives.

Everyone and everything playing a role in your life now is in this city.

And in your hand,

You have a button,

And when you press this button,

The entire city simply stops frozen in time,

Becoming still and silent.

So you can truly relax knowing that the world is on pause while you simply rest and enjoy this beautiful place.

Notice that there is a beautiful willow tree nearby,

Offering shelter and a comfortable place to lie down.

And there's also a quiet path nearby,

Lit by lanterns and leading into the forest,

Up to a hilltop vista.

You can choose whichever you like,

Find a comfortable seat under the willow tree,

Or make your way up the path,

Enjoying the sights,

Smells and sounds along the way.

Whatever feels right to you right now.

Tonight and every night is yours to rest,

Feeling safe and protected,

And being nourished and restored on a deep soul level,

A time for you to turn inward and withdraw into your deepest self,

To be restored and replenished while you sleep,

And all the while receiving these truths into your heart,

Allowing them to sink deep into your unconscious mind and integrate them into your being on all levels.

And it's alright if you become sleepy and drift easily and gently off into a night of deep sleep.

Your past is in the past,

Including today,

And everything in the past has already happened,

Is already behind you,

And you can make peace with your past while the future remains open,

Brimming with limitless possibilities,

Yours to create,

To design,

To manifest.

You are facing your future with gratitude and joy,

Curious about what lies ahead and your path to creating the life you desire.

You are confident,

Strong,

Powerful and rich in priceless inner resources,

Courage,

Resilience,

Insight,

Everything you need to thrive,
