This isn't about pretending everything is perfect. It's about developing a steady, grounded sense that life is moving with you — and that even difficult moments can offer a gift worth receiving. Meet your Teacher

Ashley Chymiy is a certified mindfulness and compassion meditation teacher living in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and three sweet fur babies. Ashley believes we all have the inner resources to lead ourselves and others with courage, kindness, and insight. But the lens through which we see life shapes our experience in profound and lasting ways. This course is an invitation to shift that lens — to find the good in every moment, even the messy, hard, and unexpected ones. Drawing on mindfulness, positive psychology, and neuroscience, you'll learn to rewire your brain for a more joyful, peaceful, and resilient way of being. May this practice help you discover that even life's most difficult moments carry something worth being grateful for. Ashley has an MA in Peace Studies and a BA in Religious Studies and Philosophy, is an ICF-certified (ACC) whole person coach, and is the host of the Mind Made Up podcast. She supports mindful leaders around the world in owning their voice and authentic message with confidence.
