Anna is a holistic therapist, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, Yoga Nidra guide, and nutritionist with over a decade of experience supporting women through stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, and emotional healing. Her work blends nervous system education, somatic awareness, energy healing, and restorative practices to help sensitive, intuitive women feel safe, grounded, and regulated in their bodies. Having navigated her own journey through perimenopause, stress, single motherhood, and nervous system burnout, Anna teaches from both deep lived experience and professional training. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate, weaving science with soulful wisdom so women can reconnect with their inner steadiness and build long-term resilience.
