Welcome to today's meditation. In this meditation we are answering the call and connecting with the energy of Mary Magdalene in divine feminine energies. So get yourself in a comfortable position. Make sure you are supported and when you are ready closing your eyes. Take some deep relaxing breaths. And now I'd like you to imagine that you are standing on the edge of a beautiful green forest. See yourself leaning against an ancient oak tree at the entrance of this forest. Feel your feet connecting to its roots deep within the earth below. Bring your awareness to your heart by placing your hand over your heart chakra now. Imagine beautiful pink light radiating deep from this heart space. See or sense this pink light filling your body with every breath you take. As the pink light expands out throughout your body and into your aura. Walk now into the forest. See the sun's rays filtering down through the tops of the trees forming a pathway of light for you to follow. Waiting for you on this path is a beautiful being of light. This may be your guardian angel or spirit guide and they are waiting to accompany you on your journey. Walk together along the path deeper and deeper into the forest. Become aware of the beauty around you. See the wildflowers. Become aware of the ground you are walking on. Is it covered in moss? You see a clearing up ahead and there is a mountain beyond the trees in the distance. You follow the path until you get to the side of the mountain. And slowly you start to climb and you keep climbing until you see an entrance to a cave. Your guide or angel tells you they will wait outside for you. As you go further in you are drawn towards the hues of orange red and yellow light that is coming from the flames of the small fire burning in the center of the cave. From the shadows behind the fire beloved Mary Magdalene steps forward to greet you. She takes your hand and holds it against her heart and smiles with so much love, Gentleness and compassion. She asks you to stand with her now next to the fire. And as you look deeply into each other's eyes there is a stirring and an awakening deep within you. And in the collective heart of humanity for thousands of years you are answering her call. At this time you have chosen to ignite the flame within you so that the energies of love, Hope, Peace and compassion can flow through you. You look at Mary Magdalene and ask what is it I need to know to go on this journey? And as you feel her energy connecting with you she smiles and gives you your answer. You thank her. She tells you that she will always be near. She trusts you. You are the bearer of radiant light. She hands you a red garnet stone. You place it in your pocket. You thank her again and leave the cave. Your spirit guide or angel is waiting and together you descend down the mountain back through the forest and the trees. The birds are singing and you come to the first tree that you met when you entered the forest. You stop and touch the tree and are reminded of your roots down to the centre of the earth. At this point your angel or spirit guide stays in the forest but of course they are always with you as well. And you turn and make your way slowly home smiling full of love and radiant light feeling uplifted and energised. Place your hand in your pocket and feel the smooth red stone. It gives you courage and strength. Take a nice deep breath now. Bring your awareness back to your body and back to the room. Stretch and when you are ready opening your eyes.
