Welcome to this meditation.

Let's dive into your inner radiance.

Get yourself comfortable,

Softly close your eyes and begin to turn your awareness inwards.

Tune into your breath,

Into your body.

Notice the points of contact between you and the surface on which you're resting.

Take a moment to make any adjustments so that you feel completely comfortable.

Take a deep full breath into your stomach and when you reach the top hold.

When it feels good exhale and relax.

Let your belly be soft.

Feel the expansion as you breathe in and release as you breathe out.

Throughout this meditation remain connected to your breath and your body and if you find your mind wandering know that that's okay.

Just return your attention to the feeling of being present with your breath.

Bring your awareness now towards your heart center,

The middle of your chest and a couple of inches in.

Simply become more aware of this space.

Allow softness.

Imagine the energy here and in this place imagine the most beautiful luscious pink rose,

The most beautiful rose you have ever seen,

Blooming fully magnificently.

The pink petals so rich and velvety you may even begin to sense the smell of the rose.

Use your imagination to see its radiance and imagine a white light shining upon the rose.

The way sun falls through windows and dust can be seen sparkling and glittering in the light.

Imagine particles glittering all around this rose and now imagine that this rose is increasing in size,

Becoming larger,

Blooming and growing and filling the whole of your body,

The whole of the room that you're in and now you are resting softly in the center of this soft flower.

Allow yourself to feel held,

Safe,

Release and let go.

You are held by this magnificent rose and the white light is shining upon you and the sparkling particles are all around you.

There is a beauty that is both inside you and around you.

Allow anything that needs to be released,

Any tears allow them,

The rose will catch them.

There is nothing you need to do to prove your beauty.

Spend a few breaths here relaxing,

Knowing that this natural beauty is inside of you.

Imagine your heart smiling,

Feel the radiance all around you,

Feel it glowing within you and outside of you.

Know that you are beautiful as you are in this moment.

Imagine now that the rose is shrinking back down until it is again inside your heart.

This beautiful blooming radiant rose inside of you in your heart space.

You can leave it here as you begin now to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

You might want to move your hips slightly,

Maybe roll your shoulders,

Wriggle your fingers and toes,

Smile and when you are ready coming back into the room,

Lovingly opening your beautiful eyes to see the world around you.
