
Steady And Comfortable: Yin Yoga And Yoga Nidra
This is a podcast recording of a LIVE yoga session on Insight Timer. Spiritually Fit Yoga to Nourish Your Body, Mind, and Spirit. This 60 minute class begins in a seated meditation followed by a few gentle stretches, yin yoga poses held for 3-5 minutes each (supported child's pose, reclining tree, supine twists, and savasana) with a guided yoga nidra. No experience required. Make yourself comfortable to lay down. Suggested props: Pillow(s), bolster, blocks, blanket, and eye mask.
