To begin,
Come to your most comfortable position,
Whether seated,
The pillow or blanket,
Or laying down.
Allow yourself to make any stretches or micro-adjustments to become 1% even more comfortable,
And request your mind to inform your brain to send the signals down into your body to be present.
Notice your own presence at this moment.
You may notice your own senses,
The sounds beyond your room and space,
The sounds closer to you,
The sound of my voice,
Your inner sounds,
Your eyelids heavy and closed,
Temperature,
Lingering taste and smell,
A felt sense of your heart,
A sensation before perception,
A deep inner knowing of your true self,
Intelligent,
Magnificent,
Worthy,
Loved.
Begin to expand your inhales and exhales.
Allow your breath to go even deeper to fill your belly,
Chest,
Ribs,
And collarbone as you exhale and pull the oxygen down.
Notice the space above your head,
The vastness of space and air,
Oxygen from the trees,
You are the whole tree,
The bottom,
The top,
And everything in between connected.
Begin to bring your awareness down into the muscles of your brain,
Soften and loosen the muscles of your brain,
More space,
And down and around the muscles of your eyes,
A clarity,
Clearness.
Move your attention down into your ears,
Inner ear,
Ear canal,
Eardrum,
The beat of your own drums,
A vibration,
A frequency higher than before.
Move your attention into your nostrils,
A tingle down into your jaw and in and around your lips,
Teeth,
Mouth,
And tongue,
Tongue gently placed at the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth.
Move your attention down into your throat,
A gentle stimulation for the back of your throat,
A hum and ohm.
Notice your right shoulder down into your right arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
Hand,
Fingers,
Palm,
Back up through your right arm and into your collarbone,
Down into your left shoulder and left arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
Hand,
Fingers,
Palm,
The center of your palm,
Palm lines,
Back up through your left arm and right into your heart.
In the center of your heart,
A glimmer,
A shimmer of light,
Heart led,
And allow the energy,
The heartbeat,
A coherence between your heart and mind,
Pulse your own rhythm.
Let it begin to awaken and spin faster as you move even closer.

A stirring,

A natural flow of water.
Right hip and down into the right leg,
Ankle,
Foot,
Toe,
Sole of your foot,
Back up into your right leg,
Into your left hip,
Down the left leg,
Ankle,
Foot,
Toe,
Heel,
Sole of your foot,
Back up into your left leg,
Whole body,
New,
A brand new image.
This is who you really are.
This is who you really are.
Body,
Magnificent,
Miraculous,
Patient,
Reassured,
Confident,
And able to tolerate and cope.
Slowly begin to come back to you,
To the room,
To wiggle your fingers and toes,
To roll out in your wrist and ankles,
To stay in this presence,
New self-image,
