Amanda Baker

Amanda Baker is a mom, wife, daughter, and therapist in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been writing since the age of seven and continues to write to not only elicit freedom but to inspire and connect with others. We all innately want to connect and feel recognized and honored. Amanda works with those challenged by mental health conditions and strives to recognize and honor her clients exactly where they are. She has created a signature therapeutic yoga class that she offers locally and virtually. She utilizes yoga nidra/NSDR techniques and therapeutic tools within her meditation and yoga practices. During her downtime, she often spends time with her six-year-old son, Dylan, her husband, friends, and family. She enjoys yoga and is a trained 200hr yoga instructor in Hatha Raja Yoga. Amanda has experience in yoga psychology and integrating the philosophy of yoga and therapy together. Amanda would love for you to come and take a class with her! She also loves music, going to concerts, reading both fiction and nonfiction books, and lying on the beach.

That was cool! I enjoyed doing the tapping and feeling the tingling afterwards. I had terrible pain, indigestion & tummy troubles… and was looking for something to settle it - the intensity of the pain & bloating has lessened after this practice. I will do again tomorrow. Thank you! 🙏🏽💖
