Transcript

Welcoming in the relaxation,

Softening of your muscles,

Slowing the breath,

And moving out of your thinking mind and into your body mind and your inner wisdom.

Creating more space between each thought,

More space between each breath,

Lengthening your inhales and your exhales,

Noticing the process of your breathing,

Noticing that what occurs as you inhale,

As you inhale,

What parts of you are affected,

What happens on the hold before the exhale,

And what happens as you exhale,

The tip of the exhale,

The end of your exhale.

Continuing to breathe at this pace with your attention on your breath,

Noticing the process of the inhale,

The hold,

And the process of the exhale,

And the space between.

You are the space between.

You are the one that's aware.

This conscious solitude in being with yourself.

As you relax throughout your whole body,

More and more,

May you relax more and more.

You may start to feel a tingle sensation,

A vibration along the edges of your skin or in the center of your heart,

The back of your throat,

The crown of your head,

The center of each palm,

The base of your spine,

The back of your neck,

Eyes and eye sockets.

Relax more and more.

Drifting as if you may.

Imagine this energy body,

Your essence and your energy,

Starting to leave your body,

Floating up.

You,

As this conscious awareness and energy floating out of your body and up to the sky,

Float more and more.

Continue to rise beyond your room,

Beyond the clouds,

Beyond earth,

Into open,

Vast spaciousness,

Where time does not exist,

Where you are everything and nothing,

Where you are someone and no one.

And in this space,

In this open field,

A quantum field,

Particles,

Energy,

Light beams,

Exists exactly what you desire.

May you notice,

Perceive,

Can you imagine your heart's deepest desire right there and how it feels and it invites you to grab it.

May you take your longing,

Your desire,

And pull it into your energy.

It is yours,

A gift,

A miracle,

A remembering that you are so powerful and potent.

And start to bring this down with you.

Back down from the sky,

Through the clouds,

Back down towards your body,

Your physical matter.

Bring it down and down until you see yourself seated in a chair.

And now begin to bring it in.

Let it land in you,

Through your head,

Your throat,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your stomach,

Down,

Lower belly,

Into your hips,

Your tailbone,

Your root,

Your legs,

Your feet,

The soles of your feet.

Let it integrate into you,

A higher version of you,

As it fully absorbs and unites as one.

Feel the experience as you continue to notice and continue to breathe.

Acknowledge,

I am the creator of my own life and I am extremely powerful.

I no longer have to try so hard as I move from doing into being.

From supporting to being supported.

A trust that it is complete and I am whole.

Allowing any messages or information to come through in this conscious solitude.

Wisdom and breakthroughs.

Feel the light,

The warmth,

As if you are the sun shining,

Radiating,

As your natural being.

Continuing to breathe through your whole body.

Honor yourself,

The practice,

With immense gratitude.

You may start to come back.

Coming back into your conscious present moment.

In five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Whenever you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel ready to move.

Softening again.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

This deep appreciation for yourself.
