Take any micro-adjustments to bring yourself to an even more restful state.
Begin to attune to your breath,
The natural rise and fall of your inhales and exhales.
You may begin to lengthen each breath in and out.
Notice your senses.
That when we are in a state of happy,
Our senses are even more vibrant.
We see more clearly and brighter.
We hear sounds,
More soothing sounds.
Tastes are more nourishing.
Touch is comforting.
So I invite you to bring your senses into your awareness and start to fill your sensory experience with the touch,
The taste,
The sound,
The sight,
The smell of what is most peaceful and sacred to you.
And as you invite this in through your visualization,
Through your imagination,
Allow yourself to absorb it.
Picture yourself in this environment,
The full atmosphere of that which is safe.
And wherever you are,
Start to breathe in that fresh air.
As you take your next deep breath in,
Pull the oxygen up from the soil into the soles of your feet.
Pull it up into your ankles,
Your shins and calves,
Your knees,
Your quads,
Your hips,
From the base of your spine.
Take another inhale as you pull it up into the center of your stomach,
Your chest,
Heart,
Throat,
Head,
Forehead,
Crown of the head,
This bright white beautiful liquid light.
And exhale,
Let it out.
Take that deep breath again,
Pull the oxygen up from the natural soil right into your feet,
Up into your ankles,
Your shins and calves,
Your knees,
Up into your quads,
Your hips,
The base of your spine.
Another inhale as you pull the air into your stomach,
Your chest,
Your throat,
Head,
Forehead,
Crown of the head,
This beautiful bright white liquid light.
And exhale,
Let it out.
One more time,
Full body breath.
As you inhale,
Pull the oxygen up from the earth into the soles of your feet.
Now activate the muscles of your feet.
Squeeze the muscles as you pull this up into your ankles,
Your shins and calves,
Your knees,
Your quads,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
The base of your spine.
Pull it up and in,
Lower body activates.
Continue to pull the air up into your stomach,
Your chest,
Heart,
Throat,
Head,
Forehead,
Crown of the head,
This bright white glowing light.
Hold it and exhale,
Release,
Let it go.
Release the muscles,
Release the air.
Come back to your natural breath.
Inhale,
I am free.
Exhale,
I stay liberated.
Inhale,
I trust myself.
Exhale,
I'm okay with change.
Inhale,
There's so much beauty in and around me.
Exhale,
I allow myself to flow naturally.
Notice your breath,
Your heart rate,
Your body.
And bring your attention to the air at the top of your head in space.
Notice the air all around your whole body in space.
Pull the air down from the top of your head into the muscles of your brain.
Soften,
Loosen,
The air creates more space in and around the muscles of your brain.
Bring your attention down into the muscles of your eyes,
The clearness and sight.
Attention down into your ears and inner ears,
Ear canal and eardrums,
Equality in sound.
Attention down into your cheekbones and nose and nostrils,
Fresh air that fills your nostrils as you inhale in and out.
Attention down into your jaw,
Your teeth,
Your lips,
Tongue,
Roof of the mouth,
Whole mouth,
Relax.
Attention down into your throat,
A gentle stimulation in the back of your throat,
The sound of ohm,
Your truth.
What do you need to say that perhaps you are not saying?
Open the channel of your throat down into your chest,
Your right shoulder,
Right arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
Hand,
Fingers,
Palm.
Back up through your right arm and shoulder into your collarbone,
Left shoulder,
Left arm,
Elbow,
Wrist,
Hand,
Fingers,
Palm.
Back up through your left arm and right into the center of your heart,
A stirring,
A ball of energy right in the center of your heart.
Attention fully present,
Aware,
Able to be with yourself in your own presence,
Held,
Supported by your heart and the earth.
As you begin to connect even more with your heart,
Notice if there's anything that is protecting or guiding or guarding your heart.
Notice any objects or symbols that may have developed to keep your heart safe.
While at times this may be affecting you from opening up and experiencing the lightness,
The love from your heart and you.
A channel that opens between your heart and your head.
Notice the opening,
That glimmer of light.
May you start to move even closer to pull back and open so that you may begin to walk towards your heart.
So you may enter into your heart for 10,
Opening up 9,
Breathing deeply 8,
Getting even closer 7,
Experiencing the energy for 6,
Doubling the energy of trust and love and safety for 5.
Halfway there,

The tingle sensations all along your skin.
Begin to bring this down into your stomach,

Sole of your left foot,
The nerve endings of your left foot and right foot grounded,
Foundation secure.
Back up through your left leg,

Neck and head.
Whole body,
Full body,
Your body,
This is you,
True you here in this moment,
Present,
Safe to be with self,
Alive,
Radiant.
Allow yourself to breathe here in this embrace of your own presence.
Deepening in your breath as you slowly use your breath to bring you back to this present moment.
To wiggle your fingers and tongue,
Gently move your body,
Whatever way you need.
To ask your heart for any guidance or messages to take with you as you embark back into your present moment in your day.
To know that this is a brand new vibrational frequency of energy for you,
A brand new state.
As you can count yourself down from five to zero,
As you come back fully present and restored.
