In these gentle yin yoga sessions designed specifically for empaths and highly sensitive people, you’ll learn how to unwind tension, restore your energy, and feel more grounded, both physically and emotionally. Meet your Teacher

Ali is a global yoga and meditation teacher, retreat leader, and mentor to yoga teachers and healers. She has thousands of hours of training in yoga, meditation, and energy healing and has been teaching around the globe for over 10 years. As an empowered empath, Ali has spent the past few years unlearning certain behaviors and limiting beliefs that in the past have held her back from thriving authentically as a sensitive person. She is passionate about supporting her students with setting boundaries, learning protection strategies and healing self-care practices, so they can live their own dreams and thrive as empaths too.

We’ll finish with a short, guided practice that includes gentle modifications and rebound pose options to help you integrate the energy shift with ease.

We’ll close with a simple guided practice, offering modifications and a rebound posture to help you receive the full energetic benefits with ease and comfort.

This was very informative. I am happy to know there’s a word to describe how I feel: Empath. ❤️ I already integrate Yin stretches a few times a week but now I am realizing how it links into empaths. I’ve been seen as fragile because I am often struggling with physical pain but now I am starting to realize that they are not always my emotions but someone else’s. Thank you so much ❤️🤗
