Whether it’s a gentle breathwork exercise to center yourself, a soothing body scan to release the day’s tension, or a tranquil yin yoga session to stretch and relax, these practices are all about helping you drift off into a deep, restful sleep. This course is a great tool in itself, to help you unwind at the end of your day, and guide you into the restorative rest that you so deeply deserve.
